I'd assume out of the box it would have to rotate clockwise, removing any offending material hygienically towards the rear and downwards towards the toilet bowl.
If it moved anti-clockwise, as a male there is the risk that any cleaned matter would be deposited either on certain dangly bits, or the density of hairs in the lower regions would jam the mechanism, if not pulled out altogether.
Meanwhile here is the new coil I built. 1.0 ohm exactly.
It goes in a complete circle. eventually the back and front will meet regardless of the direction it spins.
