It helps if you're a fast peeler though, there's about 11 small apples in there ^^
In an oven-proof pan (best with detachable handle) make a butter caramel, arrange the apples, cover and cook for about 10 mins. Then put the dough (pâte brisée, not sure what it's called in the US, it's a mix-flour-salt-sugar-and-butter-to-a-crumble-like-thingy-then-add-a-yolk-and-just-enough-water dough) on top and put the pan into the oven until the dough is done and golden. After taking it out cover with a plate and flip (careful to not douse yourself in hot caramel magma), done. If you have a scoop of vanilla ice cream to go along - good for you, I didn't have any

That, and he can make reservations. After 37 years, I’ve come to terms with the fact he can’t be trained to make anything else. But, yeah, he’s def a keeper.

Topside is on preorder and I'm very interested in it.
Only other regulated I still use regularly is the cut. It just fits the hand awesome and I get nearly 2 days on a 40t.
