That's good. I love 20700s. 21700s even more. I modded one of my pulse mods to accept 21700. It's a beautiful thing and easy to do. But thst's another subject for another day.

I used a file and sandpaper. It took a few minutes taking time and checking for fit frequently.. A dremel could take off too much plastic very quickly.

Just realised my Cleito 120 rebuildable deck ordered from Amazon didn't have the TPD warning "Contains Nicotine" on the front. Build quality seems good, so I don't think it is a clone.
Not sure if this was due to the fact that that the deck really didn't contain nicotine, was old stock, or something else ...
London is a EU wide hub to get by customs easily. Dunnoh what your boys are doing at the border but I assume it involves cheap magazines and hand lotion.
There's another such hub in Poland and one in the Czech republic. Once it's in the EU another customs control is very unlikely.
Chances are you got an item that slipped by London customs (as did about 99% of gearbest orders from Germany about a year ago
) and simply wasn't designed to be sold in the EU.

odd, possibly where it came from didn't need those warnings? No idea tbh I have seen similar with airsoft gear but other than that I've never really seen any incidents like that
