I would suggest just getting a RatBlack with a nautilus bridge. This will provide a nice canvase to match up doors, button, and drip tip. You might consider experimenting with different coils and bridges.
where? Seems like they are only available at what I thought were iffy companies..Gearbest etc. how do I know it is not a clone like you pictured? And where to get the nautilus bridge?

Because I have that affliction called "Shinyitis" and I want a pod system I just bought the LV Orion. I got silver ocean scallop. Because I also have an affliction called 'buy more stuff so you get free shipping' I bought enough replacement pods so that it totaled over $100 and I did not have to pay shipping....Merry Christmas to me. Oh thats right I did buy the Roomba for myself for Christmas but that does not count since it is for housework and not for pleasure..big sigh
I got it at West Coast Vape where the kit was only $59. YAY!

You'll really like the Orion. Performance is great, Replay works, and the pods last several weeks even with moderate use. It's an easy out and about for a day mod without missing the bigger stuff.

Be aware the first batch had an issue where it would brick as a result of a software/hardware issue that turns out to be minor. But Evolv offers warranty on it and extends your warranty period another 6 months if it happens to you.

Sadly, mine did just that on Monday. Put in a ticket with Evolv yesterday and had an RMA back from them within 2 hours. It sucks sending it in, but it's a new chip, board, and market with pods so some teething pain is unavoidable. However, they stepped right up front when they got a pattern of several with the same issue and posted a public letter/announcement about the problem, the cause, the fix, and how they'll handle it. So I give them props for standing up and taking responsibility without a fuss and extending the warranty on it. Supposedly the newer version manufactured after October already have the fix in, so yours will likely be fine. I guess I got burned by jumping in a little early with it.

Despite that aggravation I still stand by a solid recommendation as the best pod out there at the moment, and don't see any competition coming out soon.

I will throw in a cheaper solution if you like a more mtl type vape and it's the Innokin EQ. The pods are easy to refill, also last several weeks (uses their new Plex coil 0.5 ohm coil inside) 800-850 mAh battery and normally runs about $25. However Eightvape had/has them on sale for $13 and I couldn't resist getting another one. The first one was a giveaway win and I'm happy I got it as I doubt I would have thought to buy it with my vape style. It's easy to palm and produces little vapor. If you hold your breath a few seconds essentially no vapor to exhale so stealth use is to the level of standing near someone and they don't even notice. It also has two wattage selections for a warmer vape if you prefer. It's not in the same class as the Orion, but for the size and that sale price it's almost like having an extra disposable lighter laying around when we used to smoke.

Well ----> update 2.1

I had ordered the Dicode Dani Mini Box but after some very deep, deep, deep thought on the matter (not really - I just wanted the other) I called Dicodes USA this am and did a swap-a-roo.....

I now haz the Dicode Dani 21700 in Titan color on order and it's expected to be in my grubby paws by 12-31.... The 21700 version ended up being $30 more....

He also told me they will have Samsung 21700 (4000mah) batteries on their site within the next week and they will be $17 smack-a-roos for a pair (2) of em... Since I no haz any 21700's I am gonna need to snarf a few, or 4....

Oye.......

And for anyone interested in ordering from them, he said they do not have many left before they go into out of stock modez.

    Morning shinies :)

First time since I found the shiny thread that I don't have anything vape-related to track. I need to fix that asap ;)

@chanelvaps - another tick from me for the eq - I thought I'd find it too tight a draw, but it's surprisingly not bad at all. Definitely mtl, but airy enough. Awesome flavour too.

That's a lot of cabbage to fork over for a clone, you make a good point.
Nothing wrong with having a clone, as long as you pay the clone price.

The nice thing is the clone has the same DNA60 chip. Because it's not mechnical, the performance doesn't come that much from build quality and stuff.

    Anyways, clone is expensive.

Here's what I spent on mine:

    SXK DNA60 Clone - 135 CAD
    BB Doors - 40 CAD
    BB Accessories - 100 CAD
    Bridges (Clones) - 20 + 15 + 15 CAD
    Shipping - 15 + 15 CAD

    Total: 355 CAD
Total with tax: 401.15 CAD... for a clone

Was going to get an authentic BB, but completely decided against it. It's the same chip. Rather get an authentic bridge (100-200 CAD pretax and preshipping) and not worry about scratching it. Plus authentic BB would cost me this:

Box - 279 USD (+50 USD shipping + DHL fees)
4DCB doors (ain't no way I spend that much on a mod and use stock doors) - 150 USD
    Authentic Bridge: 200 CAD (+tax +shipping)

I'd be looking at roughly $1020 CAD

The Posties finally pulled the stick out and my package arrived.

The Pindad is so TINY... :D This is my third B2K and really looking forward to checking out those indestructible battery wraps.

Seriously pricey for what is basically a Nautilus/Subtank type of vape... I thought the HoH Kabuki on a Provari was crazy.

Nice, enjoy the Pindad. I really like mine, but it does have a bit of a long 510 pin on it. Won't sit flush on all of my mods. It almost looks cute, but it packs a punch. :D

I got mine directly from BB Vapor on Cyber Monday, they also have basic accessories. Typically, they update stock on Saturdays. From there I found more reputable groups like BilletBox Bay and Friendly Flippers.

All depends on how far down the rabbit hole you fall. Beyond the bridge, everything is cosmetic. You can have a full functioning new authentic BB with an authentic rebuildable Vape Shell for $336 plus shipping.

Be like buying a factory stock Corvette... It's the accessories that add the wow factor. ;)

If you don't care about the flash and accessories, it's a shallow hole. A hole you can dig with a $100 USD SXK DNA60.

If you're only in it for the portability and want the same performance, there's no reason to pay almost triple to get a shiny label and maybe an engraving.

@Susaz hit 'em wit da facts!
