It's an Xfire Flare, the newest thing in the spring of 2013. A 10ml liquid tube, Vivi Nova head and proprietary drip tip size to boot. VV from 3.2 to 4.8 volts.

With all the talk about bottom feeders, all in ones and side by sides, this strangely fills all those needs. Just tip to wet those wicks!
