The 5ml tube is not glass, some sort of acrylic fused with the cage. I'll be ordering one of these today after reading a review from someone whose opinion I respect.

You are correct, it is acrylic and cannot be removed from the metal housing. Guess using acrylic could be a concern for some who enjoy citrus or cinnamon flavoured juices. The 8ml is glass but does not utilize the metal housing.

I do not use a lot of rta’s so difficult for me to make comparisons. Machining is excellent, threads are super smooth. It is very easy to build on, tons of room for larger coils if that is your thing. So far no problems with wicking or leaking, no dry burns. Flavour is very good and air flow is fairly smooth - but given the airflow is directly under the coil, the type of coil may influence this.

If I had to find any negatives with the rta, it would be its smooth clean surface could be problematic when trying to disassemble and or adjust air flow. But outside of that, I’ve really been enjoying it.

Good to hear since I just ordered one. I'll have to use the 8ml tube due to my love for citrus juices so the rta will likely be paired with the SL.

Much to my surprise, the Aegis is very comfortable to hold. I thought its bulkiness might be a problem, but instead it makes it easier on the hand. It's also lighter than the SX Mini SL (my heaviest mod), which is a further plus. Good screen, too.

All in all, I like it and am looking forward to taking a bath with it by my side later today.

All packages in the US now have to go through one of the hubs, that's likely the hub for packages leaving Idaho.
You're probably right, when I bought a Therion from a member here who lives in Indiana it went straight to the Michigan sorting center, at least that's going north, lol. I'm just hoping it's not going to Ontario, CA, instead of Ontario, CAN :nun:

Unfortunately this has been an excellent year for single coil rta/rdas and single 21700 single battery regulated devices. My wallet has gotten pretty thin, bonus...purse is much lighter these days. Now just need to decide on a new charger.
Could be worse, you could be spending it on shoes.

They’re pretty airy. I would say restricted dl is about a tight as it’ll go. I run the Elevate about a third open, and my mtl tanks with all the af holes open for comparison, if that helps
Appreciate it. I don't really need it anyway. The gunmetal just caught my attention.

I take it out to the pool in the summer.

Thrilla in my Nilla.

Eskie won't be anywhere near that ball tonight. Never have in my entire life. True of most who live here and know what a nightmare it is to be caught in a crowd like that at midnight.

It's a lot different then it used to be as for security reasons every single person passes a security check and metal detector. There's also a ban on alcohol. Used to be everyone drunk swinging cheap champagne bottles at your head. Now you're stuck in a fenced stockade they set up to partition the crowd and once you enter you can't leave. And even without alcohol I'm not sure I could hold it for 12 hours just so I don't lose my place.

And on that note a happy new year to everyone and have a great time tonight and stay safe!

2019. Wow. Who would have thought. I know we've got our Dick Tracy video watches but aren't we supposed to have flying cars by now?
It sounds like all of those people are going to be standing in the rain tonight

Now that the shop in Toronto has lowered their price on the new Drone, I'm preordering a second one. I think I'm set now, instead of purchasing a bunch of $80 - $150 mods throughout the year, I'm going to get on the list for the one mod I really desire - Black Derlin Palm bf 21700 - and that will be it for 2019. Rda's are a different story

Morning all. Nothing shiny to report today, but tomorrow starts a new year and who knows what that'll bring :)

It is a wee bit cool today --- currently -28°C (-18°F), and -39°C with the wind-chill (weeeeee). However, the 7-day forecast shows a brief warm spell coming, and even up to 1°C on Thursday ... downright balmy.
