I am up way past my bedtime because I got that call we all dread. My dad fell down last week, was taken to the hospital. Three days later to a recovery hospital for physical therapy. Tonight back to the hospital, now with pneumonia. He is now on a ventilator and they will be disconnecting that in the morning to let him go. My dad was the best part of my childhood. He is the last of my family here. I saw him in June of last year. I was still living in California and I drove to his ranch way up in Northern CA. He loved his ranch. I just wish we did not have to ever say goodbye to those we love. feeling sad :(

For me, losing loved ones, is the single worst part of getting older. I have seen close kin slowly deteriorate, mentally and physically. It's a mind-numbing experience to turn up at a person's place, someone you've known over 35 years, and someone who knew you since the day you were born, and that person doesn't even recognise you anymore. Events like that changed my views on many things.

Looked really hard at the Anglo a while back, I liked the style of it. But all the reviews say it's really leaky so it never hit the cart.

Well I’ll find out how leaky it is lol! I’ve actually had some great luck with supposedly leaky rbas so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. It didn’t cost a lot so it won’t be a huge loss if it doesn’t work out.

And that's the right attitude! You try something and if it doesn't work, well, not the end of the world. Only reason to get more bent out of shape is if it were very expensive. Otherwise it's a lesson learned and a product or manufacturer you'll know to view with a critical eye in the future.

Nice! Big fan of Logitech mice – currently using a G903. All other mice I’ve tried don’t seem to last. Bit disappointed their Power Play wireless charging mouse pad is not being released in Canada. Heard rumors it did not meet certain standards.

My husbands been using the mousepad, he's not yet complained so I guess it's working good for him.

I wonder what's preventing it from being sold in Canada?

I’m not 100% sure why it is not being released in Canada. Do know that Canada has a different level of certification for electronics than the US. Believe both Razer and Corsair have a somewhat similar wireless charging mousepad that can be obtained in Canada - and of course there are the wireless charging docks for smartphones which are also sold in Canada. What is bizarre is the Logitech wireless mouse pad was first brought to the public eye by Canadian YT Tech celebrity Linus Tech Tips.

I also use to own Parasound audio equipment who has also pulled Canadian distribution due to not meeting Canadian standards.

I am very sorry. Death sucks, and I'm sick of it.
