:lol::lol: lots of patience required living over here, and I have none

Ordered it on the 31st, got tracking no. 3rd (damn holidays). It now shows up as enroute to NZ - so I'll give it a week or so. Takes 2 weeks for a fasttech order - if it beats that I'll be happy.

The hardest thing is not ordering any other mod until it turns up - if I like it, I want more of them :sneaky:

omg I’m the same way and I don’t know how to stop myself lol! I’ve even payed for overnight shipping before lol!! Crazy obsessed o_O !!

I'm pretty sure the disgruntled tweenager were just the waves atop the deep, deep ocean of the powerful woman you are. ;)

It's there, somewhere deep down. But you gotta love 'em for their honesty and straightforwardness.
thank you~to all of this.

I thought you only needed to state the fact that there is nicotine. Not saying it's poison. Not like we're vaping cleaning supplies.
It says Poison because it is...

You open a bottle of pure nicotine in a room and everyone in that room dies.

what cracks me up, time after time, is this.
I get the feeling we are all somewhat well functioning people. IRL I mean. Like we handle co-workers, or employees or bosses. We deal with life and electric companies and banks and what not. We have meaningful relationships and act like adults. And then we all have this secret side, where we can be ridiculous and wonder about things like "I need to get another topper because I have one naked mod' and take a fancy picture of all of our stuff. We buy buy buy even though we have a zillion of almost everything. Thinking about this and how crazy it is that we can show this side of ourselves to each other but would never dare show this side of ourselves to the people we deal with in the real world.

Looks like you are ready to join squonkaholics anonymous! All joking aside though, impressive collection!

thank you~to all of this.
You are most welcome. I wish you can find peace in the darkest of times.

I love this discription. It's funny, because I feel a lot of people that haven't been gearheads with any other hobby suddenly go nuts with vaping. How's that been for you all? Any other hobbies that you've had where you experienced a strong case of GAS (gear acquisition syndrome, for the uninitiated)?

I remember collecting stuff as a kid. Like soda and beer bottles and cans. I can't remember what my first real hobby was, though. I've been into analog photography, longboarding (both tricks and longdistance), I'm into all kinds of musical instruments (if it makes a nice sound it makes me happy), also digital music production, making field recordings, slacklining, frisbee, blowing bubbles and making my own solution and I'm sure I've forgotten like 10 other things. And all of those things came with different sets of gear and tools. I'm absolutely fascinated with how fascinated we can get with a certain interest and with refining how we want to experience that interest and the tools that we use for it. There are a myriad of personal experiences and preferences, with every single one of the things I've done. You can always give or get advice, but in the end you are the one who has to discover and try things out yourself. Because no-one is alike and everyone has a different experience and preference.

I am up way past my bedtime because I got that call we all dread. My dad fell down last week, was taken to the hospital. Three days later to a recovery hospital for physical therapy. Tonight back to the hospital, now with pneumonia. He is now on a ventilator and they will be disconnecting that in the morning to let him go. My dad was the best part of my childhood. He is the last of my family here. I saw him in June of last year. I was still living in California and I drove to his ranch way up in Northern CA. He loved his ranch. I just wish we did not have to ever say goodbye to those we love. feeling sad :(
I’m so sorry to hear this. Sending you hugs.

I got TRVPed last night. I never got to go in shop but I spent a bit with Albert on facebook going back and forth trying to find things I needed/wanted.

I got myself two more 40Ts and 20 18650 clear wraps for whatever reason. I don't know why I got them but they were 0.25 CAD each. (I think this is the definition of being TRVPed.)

He is going to send me a clone Armor RDA so I can salvage the squonk pin for my authentic Armor RDA. There hasn't been a day I haven't missed that thing. I absolutely loved it with simpler coils. My #1 favourite dual coil RDA for sure.

And, he split his DayWon with the black cap and sold me just the black cap. I'm happy because I was going to buy one from Mission. After shipping, taxes, and exchange rate the cap came up to ~75-80 CAD from them for just the cap. He's sending it to me for a slim 30 CAD.

Good morning shiners! All quiet on the slow boat side of things. I think my mod fell overboard and drowned but they're afraid to tell me even though I'm next of kin.

Nice collection! You could afford that and get engaged? I'm impressed. Congrats on the big bonus at work.

Well, it's this or we could be buying shoes.

Nah, my people know I’m down the rabbit hole. Non vapers ask me, “So, what vapes are you carrying today?” And tell others “You should see her vape stand! She could literally come over every weekend for a year and you’d never see the same mod twice!” Lol.

I did go a bit overboard last year. Not that that will stop me from shopping this year.

Since I've been vaping my daughter has been grateful for simplifying her life for birthdays, Christmas, and Father's day. Before she never knew what to get me. Now she just checks in to make sure I don't already own my "surprise". Takes the surprise part out, but at least we don't duplicate orders.

Bonuses get paid out in March - i'll probably be getting something worth showing then!

I only have a few vaping friends. Other day to day people I deal with do not vape and def do not get it. A few times I have been caught with my pants down so to speak. Caught off guard in front of someone I wish did not see, all of the sudden with gear spilling out of my pockets and falling from my dash and hanging around my neck and I see a look...a look that says "Up until now I thought she had it together" some will look at me as if it is drug gear, others make a small comment like "you sure do like that stuff huh?"
It is alright at 12 step programs, animal activism/rescue and most walks of my life, but in a select few areas, mostly professional, I have been embarrassed at the mass of stuff I have and carry and been caught with. Not to mention if they heard the silliness of the late night conversations that I ascribe too where we all relish the silliness. For me it is two distinct different worlds.
