I have been looking at the Advken Manta MTLRTA. Anybody have experience with that one?
Yeah it’s been cold here too. I managed to shovel from the street up the driveway and to the front porch, but I need to finish the driveway and around to the back where the meter is. Supposed to be 30 today, which will feel positively delightful after these last couple days.Good morning shiners! No news other than if you step outside your nose will fall off in less than five minutes from the cold. No licking metal poles today. I swear I don't know how that ever started. That was pre YT, and things didn't go "viral" back then.
I just looked at vaping with Vic’s review. Skip to the end where he talks about the side af. I think pass, unless it’s super cheap, or you don’t want a true mtl.I have been looking at the Advken Manta MTLRTA. Anybody have experience with that one?
It sounds like a great restricted DL tank but yea not good for MTL. Looked really nice on the SL Class. I'll keep that in mind for when I am looking for that type. Gotta throw another thanks out to @TrollDragon for pointing out the efun.top bargain on the Athena. Combined with the Etna RDA, this is a great little MTL squonking setup:

And, for anyone interested, the price has dropped to 7.99 on the Athena (silver or blue only), and they still have the Etna on for 14.99 (I just reordered both, in blue again).
Airflow on the Etna depends on which airflow block you install -- I like it best with the two hole block (two 0.8mm holes) that comes installed, it is the tightest but it isn't all that tight: good smooth MTL that works perfect for me. There is also a tri-hole block (three 0.8mm holes) for slightly less resistance, and a single larger hole (1.2mm) block for the least resistance. You do have to decide on which block before building, because to change it you have to remove the build.Never tried a squonker before, hows the draw on the atty? I just ordered in blue as well lol
I have one, I got it at a time when I was heavily invested in Berserkers and anything similar, its nothing like that. It operates best a bit open and airy. It was not my idea of a good MTL but as I played with it I became more open to the idea of a less restricted airflow and then to the idea of a DL inhale. Eventually I just used it wide open and the berserkers and tight mtl either got drilled out or stuck back in boxes and not long after I just went wide open DL.I have been looking at the Advken Manta MTLRTA. CS:GO' iBUYPOWER 2019 Masters just finished earlier this week. One of the players was vaping in the middle of his match on stage:

That green!!! Looks gorgeous “in person”!View attachment 793651 @dom qp Well, since you have the batteries... Lol
Topped the new Colossal with the Ammit. Not a bad combo.
I think I would probably be happier on the arier side of mtl. The manta mtl is flavourful and quit capable of dense clouds. I like it. One thing, it whistles badly at certain points.
I got my mail today.
B2K V5 set. Leaving this one unopened so I can maybe trade it or sell it later. Without it I already have something like 4 decks and at least 16 caps.
But he also sent me TRVP playing cards, a fidget spinner.... and 4 18350 batteries. I don't own anything with 18350 batteries and oddly enough, he has 2 18350 mods that just came up on his site.
Not sure what to do:

I put my name on preorder for the 2nd one for now, since it's only $50. Going to have to get a small tank. Not even sure if my charger can hold 18350s.
As for my other package, 5 goldflaked drip tips, a clapton spool. and a citadel clearcap. Kind of worried about the clearcap. It's super loose and doesn't stay on my authentic Citadel. Came with extra clear o-rings - hoping they are a big thicker.
