Shiny mail today was the Zenith and coils. I don’t buy a lot of non RBAs anymore, but I wanted at least one mtl.

I got an email stating that the yarn I ordered will be delayed another day due to the cold. I understand that. What I don’t understand is why it came from Kentucky and is now in Detroit. Not very efficient to add another what, 500 miles round trip?
Yago has one like that too for the winter months. He doesn't go out for walks but we do put it on on very cold days. I love my fatty!

So dang cute! I’ve had all sorts of dogs and was never breed-centric till Georgia. If I could only have one kind of dog the rest of my life, it would be Frenchie.

I've had large dogs all of my life and I could no longer handle them. I wanted a small dog with a big attitude, and that's where he came in. Quite the vermin chaser that little thing! Now I understand why they're so popular!
Yago tears through toys. We ended up giving him some not so easy to tear apart toys like plastic bottles (not the noisy but more rigid ones) and it takes a little longer, but he no longer trashes toys in 1 day.

Same here. I always wanted a bulldog, but no way could I carry a 110 Wnglish if ( more like when) it got sick or hurt. I got lucky and found this one locally. She’s all bulldog, tough and funny and sweet. And smart. I really didn’t train her. She just did what Rudy did. Easy peasy.

I love this thread, but just don't have the financial capital to keep up. That, and the loss of a close friend has kept me off ECF for a bit. If I had my way, I'd easily spend £100+ a month on vape gear, as it stands I've built up a substantial collection of kit in 6 months.

I'll still be around, but in other places ... I realise there is a lot of ECF to explore.

Unless of course, you folks are happy with my regular witterings without sacrifices to the god of glitter ....

@Letitia, BIL had full recipe with manufacturers. Either he substituted, or it is technique (I'll find out later).

Oh don't worry about it. There's no requirement whatsoever and it's a nice thread to participate in regardless of whether or not you're buying.

But there are lots of other good parts on the forum so it's still good to read around. But don't feel buying is any requirement here at all.

My sincerest condolences. Losing a loved one is always very hard.

Finance wise I can relate. Kept away for a while, just to get out of the shinyitus state of mind. On the up side I’m really happy with my gear and juice at the moment. The finance situation is slowly improving and I’ve learned to love beans so much, so I’m optimistic. And I hope you’re optimistic too and can enjoy a lovely vape. Also, often this thread seems like more of a chatbox anyway, so no worries about the lack of new gear. We can’t all be @dom qp and own a new mod every other week. :pervy:

I am woman... hear me ROAR!!!!!

Managed to strip a hex screw head today on the serpent mini

I tried every single different Allen key and t-bar hex screwdriver I owned and nothing worked. After a lot of swearing I eventually thought to try a flathead screwdriver. And the lil fecker finally unscrewed. Replaced it with a spare, and learnt not to tighten my screws that much ever again

OG - your amusing witterings are very welcome here :thumb: The mere fact you had or have shinyitis makes you one of us

You may come here for the shiny chat, but you stay for everything else. Also, it's a darn good source for up to the minute information on juice contaminants.

If it is clean and dry, throw a tiny amount of Superglue in the head, and press a clean, cheap disposable Allen key in there tightly. Leave 30 mins and try. Other than that, your looking at a drill out job, or BFAI (Brute force and ignorance) with something wedged in ...

Thanks everyone, I'll hang around but I promise faithfully I'll document my purchases on my ECF blog. I might not have purchasing power, but the pen is mightier than the wallet ;)

I certainly don't have shinyitis, nor will I likely ever develop it (cross my fingers ;)).... But I just had to order another tank because within just two short days I had the glass on two of my tanks bust  I think it may be due to the cold temperatures we have dealt with lately (-40 below zero).... If not the cold, then I have no clue what has caused it..... Just ordered a OBS Engine nano.... I know I will like it..... It's more of a DL device as I have been doing MTL for awhile but I sometimes switch between DL and MTL..... That is one tank that is known for NOT LEAKING and so I just imagine that I will enjoy that aspect of it because leaking tanks are one of my worst pet peeves when it concerns vaping.
