i'm not getting a bad vape from the elevate (5/5.5mm leg cut seems best for me...not 6mm as wotofo suggest) but it just isn't...fulfilling...

Must admit I've pretty much stuck to using the measuring tool provided, it was going the other way (> leg length) that I got bitten. As you say, it just doesn't shout "Chain vape on me". It's not that it is bad tank by any manner of means, I think like the DR and the others in my collection, it needs tinkering with to get the best out of it. Maybe I've just been lucky with the Kylin and my coiling style, juice, temperature etc. hits the right spot.

That said, I'm running the Kylin with just one coil. It's not perfect by any means, when I came to clean it out the other day I almost had to stick it in a vice to unscrew it, and the AF adjustment is really tight as well. It does seem to have a good, consistent flavour profile right the way through the day. Even the first vape this morning was pretty decent, normally something I dread. The Elevate (and a few others) seem to be more variable in that respect.

For anyone interested in the Cthulu tube, this French guy has a video out. I don't know why but for whatever reason he always has his reviews out pretty early. If you don't understand, you can always just look at how it's put together. He's actually grown on me, my favourite French reviewer.

I watched that just to practice my French. He's so easy to understand!

No cut off as far as it sounded. You touch the button, it fires. That's it.
Gotcha. I thing that would be nice for at home use but I don't think I would want to pocket it. I also think the battery rattle when locked would drive me nuts.

Got the Vaporesso Orca yesterday, and it's already my favorite vape. I just quit smoking cigs almost 5 months ago after 42 years, and I already have 6 kits and a short list. I'm hooked.

Where does it end, you ask? Well not here, apparently.

thankful to not have a spouse to tell me what I can buy and my house in Burbank is in escrow! YAY. Going to buy a new Louis Vuitton. Of course, I will show pics of the shiny hardware on it.

Hey DeloresRose. Your Vape collection looks like my LED Light collection the kind folk over at Candle Power Forums helped me collect over the 12 years I've been there. Over there, instead of shinyitis, we are called flashaholics. And yes, there is a support group for that:)

I think she started paying attention to my vape spending after I told her I wanted to spend about $7,000 for a lift kit with new rims and tires on my truck. Once I get that out of the way my vape budget will once again be wide open. :)

Congrats on the house in Burbank! Are you moving back to Georgia?
