Nope.
In every transaction with every purchase I have a minimum level of service that is acceptable.

It's why I don't stop at the BP in the morning. The cashier's can't put their phones down while ringing me up. Can't say "Thank You".

FT lowered the bar fairly low. They have to try and screw up at this point .
