She is so sweet! Reminds me very much of my dear Joe. He died a month and a day after he moved in as a tiny kitten, way back in 1987, and left a very large hole that has never been filled.

I’ve got an Innokin z-biip coming tomorrow. It’s a pod, but with top fill and takes the zenith coils. Might be a good compromise for him?

I just have the legal end in mind. Gottlieb recently said he believed pods should be taken off the market if teen use continues to rise, by the end of this year.

Now, he's leaving, but who knows what his replacement will be like, or whether such suggestions will be followed.

It's one thing to like something as my husband enjoys pods, but it's another to be prepared for the 'if it's not available'.

I just prefer my husband to have ample choice if they do remove pods from the market.

I had him on a provari with a siren 2, was building his coils, charging his batteries and filling his tank, but there is some reason he prefers a pod device over that.. he claims size and ease, but with ease he never did anything to begin with.. So I'm confused and just want to have choice available.

    morning all.
won't pretend to have caught up but hope everyone is mostly shiny.
do quite fancy the true RTA to sit atop my cthulhu tube mod. not sure how this pesky MTLing managed to become a thing for me  would like to buy it from naturevape in the UK (mark helped design it) but it's £24.99 (+ shipping) on there and £16.77 on FT. hmm.
only got two things inbound one of which has hit land.

Teen smoking will increase dramatically if they do that. I think they atr mostly think they will be going after the convenience store pods but who knows where they will draw the line. If he likes tiny devices there are plenty of options. I like my Hastur, but it has a tiny space to build. The Nautilus X is a great tiny tank with good coil heads. One of those on a Pico or Swag would be great for a salt mod setup and last for years. (I am not a fan of the menu on the Swag personally). The Mini Volt, Pebble and Nugget would be even smaller but have built in batteries. Of course there is the Flint kit which I also love.

I blame my shinyitis on the possibility of bans. Joking, a little, but it does make me think what I’d do if my preferred gear was banned. I wanted to be comfortable with building and using different styles of devices, hopefully some of which I’d still be able to get.

yeah the flint is a definite consideration...

and of course CoilArt makes an 18mm salt RTA, which would fit on an 18mm battery which opens the playing field to small batteries as well (smaller than the provari anyway).

If you spend your day contemplating string theory your battery choice is likely to be random at best. Maybe assemble a 15 minute miniseries of best battery explosions on YT and try playing them for him with the attitude of mechanized death (everyone remember that classic from driver ed in high school?) or scared straight. Sometimes concrete evidence before your eyes helps your brain sync into the topic easier

I found shorter 22mm devices to be more pocket friendly and convenient than taller thinner ones. Innokin makes some great long lasting internal battery mods. I want to check out the cool fire ace. I wish it came as a mod only because i don't like the Slipstream tank. Internal battery mods dont get much love on here, but I have had a few great ones that outlasted many of my removable battery devices.
