That would scare the crap out of me because of my pups but also bears do break into houses. I hope your armed as well when home alone with that guy on your porch. Is there anything you or the “authorities” can do to move him along?

Where do you live btw that has bears hanging out on your porch?

I live in the Appalachian mountains..

But they are just black bears, fairly harmless all things considered.. and I have weapons, but I'm not nervous. I'm more upset about the smell.. lol..

I don't mind them being behind the house, we have nut trees back there and some pawpaw trees as well so fall all the animals are thick back there, but for some reason he's been coming to the front the last two days.

rewicked with cotton bacon and plenty of it. got it spot on with this build and trust it in pocket. AF half closed does it for me. do have a second inbound. will probably try a large single coil as suggested by @Fidola13 .

I’m glad it’s working well for you! It’s been a long time since I’ve been excited about RTAs but the Zeus lineup especially the single now X has me hooked.

In the single coil build it may have just won Top Spot over the single coil. Still need to run through some tankfuls different types of juice to see if it’s hitting all the flavor notes or at least the majority of them. So far it’s spot on with a Creamy Hazelnut mix.

If you DIY your own juice then you won’t notice or care if the Zeus does go through the juice !!

I wish we still had bears here in France. I get lots of wild boar and others in my garden but sadly no bears They've re-introduced wolves in certain areas and I wish they would do it with bears.....Most of these animals became extinct because of people's irrational fears

If in doubt, always buy them all. I like my Aegis. I use it around the pool and doing messy yard work. At first the battery plug was a PIA but it loosened up with use. I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol after I opened it a few times and it closes okay now. Nice fire button, easy to adjust but it doesn’t seem too easy to push buttons - I mean I don’t worry it’ll fire or adjust if it’s bouncing around in the mower’s cup holder or whatever.

I don’t have the Tesla nano, but I do have punk minis. They are heavy to me, but sturdy. Fun to look at and vape nice in watts.

The Aegis has already shipped and should be in my little greedy hands by tomorrow, just in time for mowing the grass this weekend. Funny little story about grass, well maybe not really that funny to my home owner's insurance. My next door neighbor tore out all his grass and replaced it all with tiny COPYRIGHTDMCA. It actually looks really nice.

But..... I can't help but think that when the next hurricane hits that my family and I are going to be ducking and dodging a bunch of pebble bullets while praying our roof doesn't blow off.

I'll never be able to comment on that function on any mod but one.

You and I both. I ordered the Lost Vape Triade a while back with the full intention of learning TC. I built one coil with all the TC wire I purchased, set the temp to 450, and gave up. My expedition lasted all of 10 minutes.

Tomorrow is Georgia’s 3rd birthday, so I’m going to the pet store to get her something squeaky today. Hard to believe it’s been that long. She was the best puppy ever. Still is.

When it gets hot those roaches can fly. For real. But if you attach a GoPro to them they're like a drone that doesn't need batteries. The bad part is getting the roach to give you the camera back. They know they can get good money for them selling to tourists in Times Square.

I will catch snakes, alligators, spiders, possums, rats, mice... pretty much everything.

But if I see a roach in the house I can't go in that room until my wife proves to me that she's killed it. My kids know if they see one not to tell daddy. I can't explain it, just sitting here talking about them makes me shudder.

Good morning shiners! Happy Friday. FT seems to be trying to live up to their name. Placed an order Tuesday with an estimated ship date of today. Ended up getting tracking number on Wednesday, and now it's even in the USPS tracking system. At least FT did their job well. Now we'll see how utterly inept the actual mailing process goes.

What do you mean gave up?

If you need help getting TC set correctly @Eskie can help you, I used his informative advice to make sure I had tc going correctly.

I just personally found it the most boring vape ever. No ramp up time, no fluctuation, just blah... same same same same blah..

It wasn't, organic if that's a good way to describe it, there was no life to the vape and I just don't like it.

It sounds to me you had issues getting it set and got frustrated with it? If that's so and you'd like to try the most boring vape ever, give Eskie a shout...

I am feeling much better about where I live now... no bears, no rats, no roaches. The most dangerous animal here is deer, but they are not at all scary. And the scariest is spiders, but they’re not at all dangerous.

I have mostly little woodland creatures, raccoon, opossum (found a six pack of babies in the garden once, cute little rascals) squirrels and chipmunks. Once in a while, I’ll see a coyote trot down the sidewalk at night.

Temp control is personal preference. I like the steady temperature and I can chain 3 or 4 drags in a row without it getting increasingly hot. I can also use bigger complex coils without feeling like they're getting too hot with a few draws. But it's not for everyone. If you're really keyed in to the heat behavior of power mode, you may find it disappointing. It's all about expectations.

Tc is like anything else in vaping... you see what everyone else is doing, get completely baffled, and find what works for you. There are only a few hard and fast rules and the rest is preference.

I’m no expert but I manage, and for a while I vaped tc, replay, or tcr exclusively. The issue I have is, I get an atty set up and all is well until it needs new cotton. Then I have to fiddle with it all over again to get it where I like it. Kind of a hassle.

When I’m on my game it’s not that big a deal, but some days I have the opposite of a Midas touch and I waste hours trying to get a good vape, get frustrated and grab a sub ohm and pop it on a vw mod.
