My new Mirage arrived last night. It's pretty! Still in the box, I need to get a few more batteries and I need to dig it out and look very closely a the battery door. That is the one thing I have not liked about my Mirage from the beginning and I have to figure out where the plastic piece goes and also, if it needs to be glued or what. I'm not awake yet.
Yesterday evening was all angsty. The husband kept wanting to look at things on roads where I was like, "You may as well Stop Now, I mean, you could buy me a LAND rover and I'm not driving this "road." Then he was like "the sign's blue we could maintain it," and I was like "Oh no you don't." I know how THAT goes. Then he was like, driving in such a fashion that (when we rented a IDK what it's called but horrible Giant Engine with a cage) I leaped out and started walking because I was like "I don't want to be in this thing when it flips."
He has a Subaru and grew up in Appalachia. He can and does drive that stuff. He started going on about how his cousin (male) would have been all excited and I was like, "You didn't marry your COUSIN dude, I have standards."
Then he called me the B word. LOL.
