Beautiful cat! What’s his/her name and age?

Her name is Cami, and because she was a stray I don't know how old she is..

She came to us a year and a half ago, had literally found her way into the basement from outside - we still don't know how she got in.. but for about two weeks we heard meowing, and since we were looking OUT the windows and doors for the source, we missed her altogether.

It wasn't until one night I was making salmon steaks for dinner that she was finally hungry enough to cry until we actually found her.

She was starving, it was December so the weather had been horrible which was why she sought shelter in the first place and she probably hadn't been eating well before finding her way to our home - two weeks in our basement near killed her, I don't think she could find her way back out.

She was feral, once we opened the door into the house she almost didn't come in, but hunger won out as I had put some salmon on a plate for her so scared to death she came in to eat..

We went to walmart that night and got everything she needed, food, treats, bed, litter box etc. etc. And just kept her.

For the first month we didn't let her out, for the next two she refused to go out even when offered.. She seemed to think she was in heaven and she wasn't about to leave willingly.. lol.. ..

Those days are long gone, now she knows she is to be worshipped and not the other way around.. haha

But yeah, really don't know age. She went into heat within a week of us getting her (we then got her fixed).. so she was at least that old.. but really don't know beyond that.

What an awesome story!

She was an odd answer to a prayer.

I'd stopped being able to do much socially because of worsening illness and disability, and my husband had been wanting a pet at the same time.. he thought it would be good for me..

he went and got us a dog but I couldn't take care of it so we had to give it back after a week. I felt bad for DH but I really just couldn't do all an active dog needed..

A while after that I prayed and asked God if he wanted us to have a pet then he needed to send us the right pet for us..

a couple weeks later we had a cat in our basement.. lol.. so I've always seen her as answered prayer.. God sent us the perfect pet for us, and gave her the perfect family for her too I guess..

She's a very lucky girl. You are, too.

Taking the Topside for a test drive.

The slide battery door is smooth and secure, with and without a battery installed. Top fill, a little tricky at first to get the threads to grasp, but also very smooth, no leaks (guess I should say, so far).

Squonk bottle is Goldilocks, not too firm, not to soft. Menu is pretty basic. Dead rabbit with single coil @.37 ramps almost immediately. Nice vape. I like it better with the Topside than the Lunas. Looks pretty good, too.

Pictures for size comparison. A wee bit taller and deeper than Luna, similar in width. Luna weighs in at 205 grams, Topside at 292, with rda, battery, full bottles.

The finish looks like that rubbery stuff on the minikin v2, but it’s not. It’s just a textured coating of some sort.

Gonna take me a while to adjust to the weight and the squonk and fire button placement, but it’s not all that awkward.
So far, I really like it. I put the butter pecan ice cream in it so I could side by side with the blue Luna with the same juice. I’m down to my last 30 mls so mixing will definitely have to be today or tomorrow.
Lovin' that matte black DR! I need to buy another. :D

I have a lot of toys to play with that should keep me busy for awhile. I have at least 20 RBAs out and ready to go and another stash that I haven’t even opened the packages yet!!

It’s a sickness. And I’m very sick.

I should post a pic of my collection after a year. It's amazing how much stuff is bought.
