morning all.
nothing to track as FT order still hasn't shipped. this situation just isn't good enough. have $9.81 in rebate points. when that reaches the magic $10 a side piece clone will be getting bought. that'll mean a suitable rda also, obviously.
financial month end at work otherwise i would not be going back today after being sick since tuesday. commitment appreciated? doubtful.

Recovering from a nasty cold myself. Spring is so much fun sometimes. Hope you feel better soon, and your order ships tonight!

Good morning shiny peoples :)

It has been 7 days now that my FT order has said that it's waiting for overseas air freight and it seems to have been bounced between 2 different department linked to air freight...I think maybe it was had by chinese customs but don't know for sure o_O

Good morning shiners! Happy Friday. Nothing up for delivery today, but thank's to MFS reshipping the correct coils I ordered I have a new tracking number to obsess over.

Also finally have a day of sun after three days of rain, wind, and a few tornadoes in the general vicinity of NY. They're exceptionally uncommon here but once in a while do occur. A few years ago a tornado touched down on the George Washington Bridge from NY to NJ. All the NY drivers kept honking at it to get the hell out of the way.

@Eskie that sounds completely authentic about the easy coast!

We’ve had more days with rain than without, so far no tornado drills in my area. But we have a few every year, watches, anyway. We get a touchdown almost every year.

I’ll be busy this weekend watching my 4 y/o granddaughter. Kind of nervous because I’m old and tired and kids that age can be a challenge to keep up with, plus, I barely know her, have only seen her just recently after 2 years. She doesn’t even remember me. Still, I’m glad the family is trying to move forward and past old grievances, and to spend some time with the little one.

So I may not be around so much, but if I get any toys I’ll try to pop in and show ‘em off.

Enjoy your time with your granddaughter, building a relationship with her can be good for you. As to keeping up with a 4 year old, you have my sympathies. I remember those days from my daughter and now I would likely need a week of bedrest for every day of keeping up.

Hello everyone, hope you're all having a lovely day! :) Weather was very humid again this morning but thankfully it's cooling off a bit now.

New shiny has arrived and it's a monster. In actual fact it's only about 2mm taller than my GT III. But this is one heavy tank. Got it built already and vaping away. Flavour is surprisingly good considering the hefty airflow. Room is kind of foggy at the moment. :D

I have this same problem. Granddaughter is 3 and full of energy. I am always scared of a visit for the same reasons. McDonald's and their play apparatus, cartoons (please let me nap for 30 minutes and you watch this), the yogurt place where you make your own and playgrounds are my answers. As long as you can pull gummy bears out of a cupboard at any given time, you can be a hit in the grandma dept.

When I first saw the pic I thought the bottom part was the squonk. Wow, what an incredibly small device...... I think my coffee is broken.

When my daughter was young, we went to one animated film a weekend (or it felt like every weekend). For the first few times she complained I fell asleep during the film. After that, she only complained if I snored.

What was the earlier tank I remember that also used steel cables as a wick? I think Shen Ray had a version, but it was either a clone or based off another tank.

I have no idea buddy. I don't normally go for this kind of thing, just bought it because I felt like something different. Like Letitia said some of the old gennies like the Kraken used cables or mesh wicks.

All of the products from German Stil Vapor use SS cable for wick.

Are you thinking of these GSV Genius² clones (Genelocity) from Shenray?
