About six eight months ago, I was just like you. Experienced vaper, long time member here, but out of the loop for far too long. After about two years' time, I felt like technology had passed me by. A lot of the lingo was still the same, but a whole bunch of whole new concepts had a whole new language.

I had to have someone tell me what AFC stood for.

You will catch up quick. Ohm's Law still hasn't been repealed and as fancy schmancy as all this new stuff is, it all still has to behave according to the same rules.

I am getting up to speed pretty quick. As far as the technology goes I see vast improvements. After checking things out I like what I see. I have shelved the mech mods for dual battery regulated, but dtill do the math like I am using a mech. By the way I.have no idea what AFC stands for...

Air flow control. And just as a heads up, regulated devices run on Watts Law, resistance doesn't really matter. I kept making that mistake when I first switched.

I am so glad I found this group. Or maybe it found me. I have a good excuse at the moment. I am returning to vaping after falling off the wagon for some time. I need to update my hardware. But I have to keep it under control this time. It's good to have backups, but I had amassed such a collection before it was at a borderline hoarding level. I have a battlestar with a dead rabbit so that should be good for a while. Oooh they have a challenger cap for the dead rabbit... ok thats it though, have you seen the freemax tank with the mesh coils? And it matches perfectly....

I think the Maze is really cool. I was going to check them out once they got cheap. Great for squonking.
