You're rocking a nice MTL kit for the day ... besides everything else you carry!!! ;)
It just so happens I have three ipv D3's and a couple old sigelei mini 30w box mods in stash.
Very nice little mods indeed.

I had a couple of those Sig Minis. Had to scrap them. Once in a while the screen would go to the dim setting and stay there without turning off all the way. If I didn't notice they would stay on dim until the battery ran down to 2 volts. Nice mods apart from that.

Not vape related, but I did get a 'Your order has shipped" email from Bonfire today ... I was wondering who the heck Bonfire was until I opened the email --- it's my Bosch 'Everybody Counts...' T-shirt from a fundraiser that Bonfire ran. Sure, most probably don't care, but @DeloresRose does, and I'm kinda looking forward to it getting here (maybe next week or so).

I got that email today too! Connelly posted that they sold 3,500 shirts, and between sales and other donations raised $57k for My Friend’s Place! Pretty amazing. :)

I never tried Boba's back when it was the big rage, but I was ordering a few odds and ends and decided 'what the heck' ... it came today and I just dripped a bit and actually it's pretty good, and not sickly sweet. Letting it fade out as I squonk now.
Dang, last time I vaped that was on a stainless steel mesh wick in my HoH Z-Atty Pro. I went through gallons of it up until they lost access to one of the main ingredients and poof, it was gone. I wonder if it's the same. Boba's reminds me of the obsession I had with Mad Murdock's Radiator Pluid back then. That murky near-florescent green goo can't have been good for me. The o-rings in my old zen atty still smell faintly of Pluid after almost seven years. Yeesh.

No it is not Innokin. The Detonator is made by Squid Industries. There are a few people that have them here. I have a Squid Double Barrel v3. Eric makes some very nice mods. Check out "Kat’s Kalamari Klub (Squid Industries Mods)" thread for all things Squid.
Eric Buss started Squid Industries some years after leaving the Navy.

From the back of the DB box.
I always wondered what would happen if someone ordered the Detonator mod and the C4 mod together. :w00t:

thanks Zazie but not really. I do not show the same love to the human race.

I understand. Humans aren’t my favorite animals either.

Just keep in mind, there are people like you out there. People who will see that sweet girl and their heart will melt.

I once adopted a senior dog for my MIL. Perfectly adorable Pomeranian with silky blonde hair. Cute little face, very sweet and loving.

She and her ‘sister’ were 10 years old, in foster for two years. Because as cute as she was, people passed her by because of her age.

Their owner had to move to a nursing home, and not one of her four kids would take her dogs. (I’ve told my kids if they pull a stunt like that I’ll write them out if my will, and haunt them when I die)

My husband actually found this dog, and we both felt so sad about her lot in life. To go from so beloved to dumped as an inconvenience. So we got her and gave her to mil for Christmas. With the promise that if mom couldn’t deal with her, pup would have a home with us. Mom was like a little kid when she got that dog.

Happy endings for them both. But we couldn’t get the other sister out of our minds. She was NOT cute and tiny and sweet. She was 18 lbs, had just had surgery to remove a large tumor from her shoulder, had 10 stitches and was half shaved. Was having a rough recovery, and ......... Had a ‘red flag’ file for all her misbehaving- snapping at fosters, wouldn’t ride in a car, let you brush her, put a collar on, and was growling at the vet...

I called the rescue the day after Christmas and said I wanted to come get her. They acted like I was nuts.

I met them at Pet Smart. All I could think was if this was my dog and I got too sick to care for her, I’d want someone to take her in. At the very least, not drag her around for the rest of her life trying to adopt her out. Her last months should be with someone who cares.

And that’s what we thought, with her health, maybe she’d have a couple months. We just wanted to give her her own home for her final days.

I took her out of her crate, walked her over to the leashes and picked out a pretty pink collar and leash. She picked out a couple of toys. Popped her in the car, took her home and introduced her to the other dogs.

She was fine. She fit right in. She lost weight, healed up, and snuggled with my husband. She adored him.

We had her 5.5 years.

So - sorry about the novel- there are people out there who know how slim the odds are for certain animals to be adopted. And some of us are just nuts enough to adopt because of that.

Stay frosty, my friends. I'm down to the dregs just in time for an epic re-up.
Hang in there buddy, the truck is on the way. :thumb:

That’s the one I got. $41 with the code. The black and white ones were cheaper, I think $35 before the code.
Back when they debuted on sourcemore there was a code to get one for $25. That is what I paid before taxes and shipping. That code doesn't work anymore though, I think it was a special pre-order code.

I see the ASPCA commercials on tv and want to adopt a shelter dog, but my work schedule won't allow it right now. It makes me soo angry how people can abuse animals like that. I think my $20 per month would be better spent on dog stuff for an adopted shelter dog. :)

I know, I want to take them all but that’s not possible. I donate to my local shelter, and they have a Pets for Vets, I pay an adoption fee and any veteran can go in and adopt any of the pets at no cost. License and spay/neuter included in the fee. That’s a win win I think. I try to sponsor 2-3 dogs a year this way. And that shelter it’s only $120. You might ask if one near you has a similar program.

Here are the reasons I could not keep her
    1) three cats is more then two cats. One is really all I wanted and I got stuck with the other because her dad was dying and I promised.
    2) I keep my animals for life and keep them in good shape with vet visits, flea control and grooming and 3 cats is a lot more then 2 financially
    3) I like having two litter boxes (one for each cat) and I had to have three when she was here. I scoop litter boxes every day but still it was a lot more then I wanted to do.
    4) If you have 3 you might cross over to having 4, shot me please. I am not going to become the cat lady
    5) I do not ever want my house to smell like I have too many animals. Swore I would never do that.
    6) I want to always be available to save lives and have a space for one to rest it head for a few weeks or in her case, a few months. I would not have that space anymore to save more lives.

I have valid reasons. It does not make it any easier because I think she thought she was home and that breaks my heart.

We need people like you to foster, so people like me can adopt

Luna had been passed over by so many ppl because of her eye problems. I now have the smoochiest, friendliest, loud purring & most talkative kitty ever - when she's around me. To everyone else, she runs and hide ;) Clementine will make the right person the perfect kitty - all thanks to the love and confidence you have given her
