Morning all! Just got an email from FT stating that they will ship my order in two separate shipments. I can’t even remember what I ordered from them as it’s been weeks! I’m sure it will be great. Really. USPS says I’m getting something today!

Glad to see I’m not the only one.

Good morning shiners! It's Monday. The only good news to that s the RAM should arrive today.

Got an email from sourcemore on the Luna. As usual "please send a video". No, I'm not sending an auto fire video". Happened twice without incident I'm not trying my luck on three. They also asked for the SN (fair it's on the mod) and a photo of the " authenticity" sticker. My box does not have one. Did anyone else with a Luna from them find a sticker on their boxes? If so I'm pretty upset and turning to PP straight away.

Glad to see I’m not the only one.

One of my favorite things about FT is it’s easy to look up orders. I do that every time before I place another just to be sure I haven’t already bought whatever and have forgotten while awaiting delivery lol. Also pretty helpful when I want another whatever so I can go through the link and find it easily.

I have so much stuff on the way I’ll never figure out what’s coming when. I’m the on call for Mom all week though, so at least I’ll have goodies at the PO.

I just looked, no sticker. I know that’s the source more box because I left it out intentionally just in case.

But, I also dug out three other Luna boxes and they don’t have a sticker either. Those are all from AsMODus or Vapor Range.

That makes me feel better. It must be a form text response they send to any support questions. Still, they're not getting a video from me of an auto fire.

@Eskie id tell them you have no way to video, and see what their response is. If they go ahead and refund, fine. If not, I would bet PP will refund you. It’ll take a while, took me a week to get my money back, but they’re pretty good about it.

Yeah, that's my plan for now. That's the nice thing about PP. They will take your side under reasonable conditions. I can always send them the email exchange if things go south and figure they'll take care of it.

In fact, when you communicate with sourcemore about not being able to video tell them that it is unreasonable for them to ask you to recreate a "dangerous" event, then mention that you will initiate a paypal claim ... that can be enough to get them to resolve the situation.

That's essentially what I told them along with still photos of everything. Too bad this happened it's a very pretty mod.

The just get it self has the upper hand already. That two for under 100 just sounds so reasonable in my head isn't helping either.

None of mine had an authenticity sticker but I expect sourcemore will accept something else. They probably say that to everyone :)

Why is a video so difficult you only need a few seconds and if you prime up the dripper really well it'll be fine.

We, of course, must main the utmost in impartiality in such matters --- but it does sound like the side of love, freedom, beauty, candy apples, unicorns, and all that is good in the world is on the road to a righteous victory over the evil, boring, "financially responsible" side.

Eh, an electrical failure like that is something I just don't feel like playing with. I'd have to use my phone for the video and juggling a phone and mod and getting the bottom cap on and off quickly might work if I had 3 hands. But trying to set it all up and actually catching everything on video is more work than I feel to be necessary.

I sent an email to Asmodus as well. At least they're in the US and may turn out to be more helpful than sourcemore.

I am still waiting for the owner to get back to me before paying as it did state UK only :) So it won't let me pay until he's stated the extra for UK to France post. I hope all is well :confused:

I think I got a good deal at just under 80 euros. It's a bit used looking but I may give it the old Charlie's buff to bring it back to silver if it's too bad.

Are you bidding on that silver mini that's got 5 days to go :)
