I am so sorry. My mom passed 3 years ago Sept 12th. The world changed for me forever. I do not know how to tell you to say Good Bye to your mom. It sounds like you are concentrating on the positives and that is good. Hugs to you DeloresRose~

Sorry for your loss.
My mother went in a similar way. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Got to where she couldn't stay at home any more, she moved to a nursing home and died a few days later. Suddenly with no drama.
It's never good. But like you said it was a comfort that she went peacefully while she still remembered who we were. I went over to visit in the nursing home. I was torn up seeing the patients who had been there for years. Glad she didn't have to go through that.

. My favorite show as a little girl was a puppeteer named Shari Lewis and her sock puppet Lambchop. I still have the lamb hand puppet lol. Maybe Cherie Amor? Tie in a little Stevie Wonder. Whatever you decide on, she’s precious!!Similar threads
