I do wonder what will happen with someone like OSDIY who sell those premixed blends. I ordered one a long time ago and can't recall if I liked it or not (couldn't have been super good if it made no real impression on me) and is a simple solution for new mixers. Theoretically it offers a simple solution for more complex blends, essential flavor shots but not sold in conjunction with nic or anything else. If BCF feels comfy, I expect the same of OSDIY, and I can see them increasing business with one blends for new folks caught without much in the way of recipes or mixing experience.

I wouldn't even mind the reduced hassle of a good tasting simple blend. Some of my faves use 5-9 ingredients, and keeping track of what I have on hand at any time gets laborious even with a spreadsheet. Obviously in a recipe like that there will two or three main flavors of a few percent, and the others are 1% or even just a dash, and some things run out at the most inconvenient times.

ELR flavor stash is a great tool. If all else fails Chefs in the UK have a large assortment of one shots and currently only 5.00 to ship to the US. Ongoing code for 10% off, thekitchen.

Unless it gets banned or taxed I'll just continue to replace the 1-liter nic as I finish one.

Not sure how long a liter holds up for you, but one lasts me about 5.5 years. Given the uncertainties of life I'm more comfy with several liters in my freezer than hoping it will still be around in an affordable manner 5 years from now. If it is still out there and the same price, I didn't really miss much other than laying out a few extra bucks now, and still being able to use it, so it's just a prepay at a low price. But if it's a very different landscape in 5 years, I'll be grateful for my freezer friends. And with the craziness we've seen to date, I wouldn't hold out for a long lead time to know "I better do this right this second" might occur, like all flavored e juice bans in various states enacted with very little warning.

I forgot to mention that I already have 8 liters in the freezer, i was just going to replace one when I use one to still have eight left.

Then what? Once it gets banned or taxed? You gonna pay a couple K for the NEXT liter, or are you black marketing, or are you quitting? Just curious.

Seems to me that your scenario means like you have really bad options for nic no offense.

Anna
I already have a lifetime supply, I would just be padding my stockpile.

Yeah, I saw the videos and know the story. If you watch the DRv2 video, he explains and defends some of it. He put out a more comprehensive video explaining and defending his self below. I have a DR also, but the v2 looks really nice. I am definitely tempted.

Driving while shooting a video seems risky to me.

I'm quite pleased with myself for identifying his accent almost immediately.

What a day :w00t:

Still no power, earliest we can expect power appears to be Monday. Almost ran out of fuel for the generator, and the company's emergency line was down -

Finally got ahold of them, got fuel. Had two new check-ins, which were understanding of the situation and consider it an adventure. It's a major relief that all my guests are cool with not having full power. They congregate in the lodge at night (which does have mostly full power) to chat by a fire and charge their electronics.

We had a dry hydrant installed! This has been a painstaking political process to get it approved by the very opinionated steering committee, but after two months of debate it was approved and today was the day it got installed. Went very well. Couple finishing touches next week, then we're all set, and the property is just a little bit safer in the event of a fire :nun:

Hopefully we'll never need it though

Now to finish work, get a shower, and count our blessings. This was the worst storm since Hurricane Irene in the Adirondacks. So happy all friends/loved ones are safe. And hopefully these wonderful people from the FD can get a good night's sleep tonight after working day and night the past 2 days, then installing the hydrant this afternoon.

Hope all you shinies have a great day/night ahead

    Stunning pic @Sloth Tonight

my question for the day - are RDTAs thirsty???! or am I just vaping the riviera too much? ;)

My answer for the day- my Riviera and NarTa drink my juice like you wouldn't believe! Well maybe you would, you have a Riviera:D
But my Galaxies RDTA is very very easy going on the juice, same builds in all tanks too.
    It's a head scratcher:confused:

That view is the definition of forget the world and relax . What a blessing to get to see it every day. I’m jealous!
