Jesus. So I called my pharmacy and like, they did not have another prescription for me. I called plushned, or whatever it was, and the lady was like, "That is an extremely rare side effect and the doctor says you are going to have to get your psychiatrist to deal with t his."
I was like, "NO. That is NOT acceptable, you are an IDIOT if you think that satisfies me I was OIFFERED a service and did not receive it although I happen to agree with the doctor." JESUS. So then I talked to the supervisor and he like, was kind of a D. But was also like, "YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL" will like, come on duty at 2 pm.
So I was like ARGH and also like "I want to speak to your medical director." And of course, it's the weekend, so no. So then I read the side effects page myself and it is SO entirely minute and I HAVE taken it before. So I told the pharmacist all that and he's a dude I know and I was like, "The Q-T thing I mean, come ON like 3 of my meds have that warning can I DEMAND to have it filled." And he was like, "yeah, I mean, I know you, I am happy to fill it." So in 30 minutes I should have working abx.
The supervisor offered me a refund and I was like "OH NO you are not getting off that EASY you provided a service you will FINISH." I mean... It's bad juju really though to ask for a refund now, which like last night the pharmacist who looked to be about 102 in age, it was kinda his fault.
They say they are replacing a staff pharmacy it can't come soon enough I should probably call the supervisor though and be like look, this has been a real pain in my rear you should refund my copay, etc. Anyway, I must say (I am on hold now for the supervisor) plushcare has some of the most epically bad hold music I have ever heard dude. I an on hold now.
