Buckle up and enjoy the ride. My brain is like a Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory on nicotine and Cesar salad. Mostly Wonka and Wonky..ish.

Speaking of chocolate. Canada, has amazing chocolate. Bubbly Milk chocolate, made with real sugar. Not the crap we get in US made with corn syrup.
Cranberry-Vodka. Cranberry juice made with real sugar. It’s like drinking silk and vodka is a bonus.
And the crepes in Montreal... forget about it.
You think Gordon Ramsay is a great chef? You haven’t had authentic, proper Crepes in Montreal.
I’ve been eating crepes since the age of 2 in Russia and the French a brilliant in the kitchen.... at bloody everything.

And don’t get me started on Greek food.

Right, this is a vape forum.

Speaking of vape. I want to see Crepe based juice flavors, as long as it’s not with salmon or salmon eggs. Salmon eggs are Great with Crepes but, will make a horrible vape juice.

Try making old school milk chocolate fudge. Not the microwave kind (not real fudge imo) but stove top fudge. So good, mouth feel is amazing.

Stoli or Stolichaya, is the best Vodka for your money. You want vodka that has the most sugar.
Stay away from Grey Goose Vodka. A Low sugar vodka.
Alcohol and sugar levels, can and will play a big role on your mood, well being.
High sugar , equals .. better time.

Help me out. I’ve been on google maps for the past ten min and I can’t find the place.
Front of the building is made out of stone rocks. Very sudle and doesn’t stand out.
You enter a small door and it takes you to the back that is two stories high restaurant.
Looks like old castle inside. Large umbrellas. Walls made out of rocks. 20-30foot ceiling.
From outside, the building just looks like an old building with no signs.
Across the street there is a plaza?
It’s been a while.

Looks amazing, love the community seating. There are no words for how beautiful and appetizing the food appears to be, and those walls are wonderful. Understand why you wish to return and immerse yourself in the atmosphere again.

You walk through a small front door, you have no idea where you going. Are being kidnaped, are you going in to dungeon?
You walk ten steps and you are greated with large open space.
Your eyes look up, look left and right, so much going on. How any of it is possible.
I want to sit here, no there, second floor, no first floor. You’ll spend more time looking at the place then you would at the menu.


If you think that was great. Go to Quebec City. The best and proper made Duck Confit.
Quebec is a French influenced province. It’s as close as you will get to French food with out leaving North America. Last time I was there, you can’t get a job unless you speak French. And the people are nice, naturally nice. Unlike people in Washington D.C. area, we mechanically respond as being nice, with fake smiles.

And the home made honey butter and jams in Quebec are wonderful. Reminds me of my grandmothers. The simpler times before ... internet and indoor plumbing.

I visited Niagra Falls in JANUARY. I couldn't smoke successfully (the end of my cigarette kept freezing before I could smoke it) and it took me about three months upon my return home to warm up. Pretty, however, and entertaining, just frigid.
