Speaking of which, my holiday season is around the corner... Just 6 days this time and not that lavish, but I have to work out what I'm taking vaping wise with me for the duration. Last time I took 2 tanks with mods, 2 billets and a squonker. Hmmmm

Good morning shiners! Happy Friday!

A bunch of little odds and ends still sitting at the Shenzen airport, but otherwise nothing in the supply chain. I'll see if I can make it to 2020 before another order. It's kind of an early New Year's resolution that I don't need something arriving every day.

Thank you for the well wishes @Rob B. and @AngeNZ and all the Shiny Crew

The fires are absolutely horrific with no end in sight yet. I just read an article that stated:

"As of 15 December 2019, the fires have burnt over 3,000,000 hectares, destroyed over 700 houses and claimed 8 lives".

The data is out of date already as we lost two volunteer Firefighters today :(

I HATE THAT. Happened to me last year, not all but quite a lot was whitdrawn from several ATMs. We spent Christmas in Uruguay with what I had, to top it off I had my new truck. It eventually sorts out but it's a bummer. Don't fret but be relentless...
Chase texts me and asks me If I am charging say, $2,800K at Louis Vuitton. I then text yes or no. It is a pain but when it is not me charging things (6k in the Apple store once) it is a good safeguard. If I do not answer they block the sale

Morning all!

17F right now brrrrr. Supposed to be up in the 40s the next few days which will be greatly appreciated.

@lupinehorror you reminded me I have not yet gotten any Christmas spirits. My tradition is White Russians for Xmas. I do have some tequila and beer, which will have to do, if I can’t make it to the state store.

well...FT code is up. they were intimidated by the thoughts of my checking. evidently.
XMAS15
on the 25th only.
I am mad at FT. I ordered on Nov 30th and just checked and I am still in "pre-shipment" mode
I get this message:
"Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."

UGGH. this is after I took everything off that was not in stock and had it refunded.
Darn FT
I have other things I ordered after that and they are on their way :-x

Well, good morning shinies.....and may it be the shiniest kind of morning for everyone

This boxxer V2 is superb. It's the only tank that allows you to get a proper direct lung hit from the BB and it's perfect. So nice to finally get that type of draw on my favourite vaping device. It's like having an RDA on the BB. If you were thinking of getting a BB and didn't because of the lack of a loose ish DL hit then your wait is over....now you can go for it :D

Not trying to encourage anyone to spend money, of course

Have a great day lovely people's
I love the BB and this makes it all the better. I am super jealous of all that have it :(

One of the best things I did in the last years was sell the big house. With the new administration 4 years ago utilities were dollarized and went up 1700%. I put it up for sale and meanwhile I rebuilt my mother in law's home in the outskirts. At first it was tough letting go 50 years living in that house (it was my parents, I grew up there) but nowadays I feel great. Not only I have a little more funds to fool around with, it's been a welcome change of scenery. :)
I sold the family home in L.A. (Burbank) last year, also the home I grew up in and the only home I ever knew my mother to live in. I bought the share I did not inherit from the trust and kept it for awhile. Had all carpets pulled up and the original hardwoods revealed and redone. Worked in the yard a lot. The yard of my youth. All the neighbors were the same that I grew up with but of course the next generation, same as me. It was all bittersweet and I had a lot of free solitary time to come to terms with things. A very difficult relationship with the beautiful person I called MOM. I cried a lot that year. Cried a lot and revisited with the young girl of my youth. Had I not done this time I am not sure I thought of her the way I do now. In the end it did NOT make sense for me to keep the home and be away from my daughter and grandkids. My daughter could not afford to live in Burbank. I was property rich but cash poor. I sold it and got my money and my inheritance out of it plus made 50K (once I subtracted money spent on it)
Not a bad haul to live back home for awhile.
I am thankful I had the opportunity.

I’m sure there are times when people wonder what the heck we’re doing and why... but I now believe in gut instincts more than I ever did. Somehow we just seem to be drawn toward the things we need to do, difficult or weird though they may be.

It is so bitter sweet to see Florida Vapor Supply going out of business. I need to stay off of their closeouts. I couldn't resist picking up some more stuff. 4 bf pins $4, another Reckoning RDA $6, a Titanium Redemption $25 and a Titanium Vital $25. That is insane pricing. You can't get clones for those prices.
I'm kind of sad that I only discovered them once they started going out of business but the prices of the items before the sale were probably pretty prohibitive for me especially for something that I'm not quite up to using yet like a mech. I hate to see most any business especially a vape business go out of business especially based on current political climate and things like that which probably factored in * and when I say political climate I don't mean any one party I mean just the general bandwagon that everyone in public is jumping onto for no good reason

It seems almost like The Vape gods have blessed me in what I consider to be the slowest time of year to get companies to do anything both Asmodus and get this Breazy sent my order out w/I 24 hours. Breazy sent my order out two hours after I ordered it or at least they sent the information to The Postal Service and got me a tracking number. I've had good experiences with Breazy and I find them to be always very reasonable but this is exemplary.

And then something really cool happened last night when I was looking at YouTube reviews of the delta and I was kind of sort of having buyer's regret because I realized that the gasket on the juice holder is likely to go bad before a regular mods lifetime ends. I mentioned this in the comments on the YouTube video. The reviewer wasn't real thrilled about the device and next thing I know he left a comment for me and asked me if I was in the United States and said he would send me the one that he had for review since he would never use it. When I get it I'll have to ask if it's okay to brag about him by name or channel name because I mean that's just really cool.

I love The Vape community I've gotten so much assistance not just stuff but information and people's time and effort. It blows me away.

Yes, I have good friends that think I was crazy to pack up and sell in Georgia to go home to California, stay a year and half and then come back to Georgia.
Really it was so liberating. I was so anchored down in a home I no longer loved, in an area I did not like, it was so time for a change. That house was paid off and I checked with my daughter first, as it was the home of her youth. She did not want it and she could have had it as she had trust money too. I might never had gotten out of that home, (a big home, with inground pool and too much land that I maintained on my own) had I not done this. It felt like I was anchored to that house. So much stuff, in every nook and cranny. I purged and purged.

Morning Shiney’s! Me and the family on our way to Florida. Stopped for breakfast at the Cracker Barrel in Santee, SC. Bright sunny day, but not very warm yet. About 8 more hours drive in front of me.
As a Florida resident I'd like to welcome you to Florida :) I hope that the weather is nicer than where you're coming from though today seems a little bit dreary it's probably a bit warmer then where you're currently at
