I hope they're not referring to the cost of returning the defective mod to them because that will cost me $15-16. I've just been through this with another China vendor and looked into shipping fees from US to China.
Vaporl just dropped off my list of Chinese vendors. I've had messed up orders and really late shipments at times but never had to deal with a non-working item. So sorry you had to find out about their approach to solving problems.
Maybe a really cheap order for some cotton, wire or a drip tip that would create an order so they could send your replacement would work. Return shipping is ridiculous.

That’s my other weakness besides vaping stuffBut I collect vintage luxury designers and buy, refurbish, and resell those. I keep what I can’t stand to part with, but my collection is very much under control, unlike my vaping stockpile lol
Only two shinies in transit for now, the Topside Lite, and a package from FT yet to be shipped, which is fine. Right now the front door is knocking off the hinges from Christmas deliveries. That should taper off today.

Nope, yours snuck out and caught the plane while mine was off getting more drinks@NolaMel my FT package landed in Miami today so yours is probably there too. They’ll probably hang out in the beach until after the holidays soaking up the sun, but at least we know where they are.
Guess that explains why my China packages keep landing up there, unrequited
