So I got around to building this guy today. When I first got it, the bottom contact was out. I have never struggled so hard with any vape as I did with that thing. It came very close to getting sent back. I will not be using the shut off feature out of the anxiety of possibly knocking that contact out of wack again lol.

I also had to YouTube it again and adjust the fire bar, which makes me a bit leery about it.

The rda - I cant remember which one it is off the top of my head- I believe is 30mm so the deck is enormous. I have round kanthal at .6 ohms in it. Not bad at all. I have the air half closed and it’s still airy, very quiet. Fire button is a bit stiff for me, a stronger person would have no problem with it though. Hits hard.

Would I recommend? If you have a couple hundred to drop on it, and it would make a beautiful addition to your collection, sure. But it seems like an expensive imported sports car, you’d better love it enough that the fiddling is worth it.

Not sorry I bought it, won’t be buying one in every color.

Heya...
Which bf mod is it that I have seen that has a little leak on some at a screw/plug that a dot of crazy glue fixes it ? My google-fu isn't fu-ing well this morning.
Like markfm said the Luxotic BF. I put a drop of JB Weld on the little post that holds the 510 connector in, they drilled the hole all the way through and juice can seep around the press fit pin. (More JayBo designed crap IMHO.) ;)

It's okay as an unregulated squonker if you can get it for cheap, I wouldn't spend a lot on one though.

I did just realize that I got the other version that's slightly larger LOL it probably has a smaller liquid capacity but I like to change out my flavors anyway and I don't bring my mods outside of the house so I'm always near juice bottle from my understanding they're the exact same product one is just bigger but keeps the squat profile for the flavor
They build and wick exactly the same, the V2 is 24mm and has 3ml capacity instead of 2ml. I had enough of the OG Moonshot at 2ml that I never bothered with the V2, good luck with it though as the vape was great.

Another tip I just remembered, the chimney screws onto the barrel so if your coils are too close to the edge or a smidgen too tall they can short against the chimney. Always test it before you wick by screwing on the chimney and checking the resistance again on an ohm reader or regulated mod, never use a mech mod for that.

We have a few gamers here in Shinytown so I thought I would mention Blasphemous. Haven't put it down since I got it and it's available on all platforms, gotta love a Dark and Brutal 2D platformer.

The Furyan/Tauren and Inbox/B2K are my favorite squonks.

Good to see it finally come out after their Kickstarter campaign failing horribly, the damage modeling is awesome, I'll need to pick it up for the PS4. I am not much of a racing gamer but this look like a ton of fun.

Wismec luxotic. Absolutely cracking little mod once you fix it. I sorely regret only getting one even though I spent hours fixing it because mine was particularly difficult or I was particularly clumsy

I have a glowing CS experience to report. The recent Unicorn Vapes and AR discussion here got me thinking about those all matte black rings for the Vert, so I sent them a DM about it. He replied right away and we had a little chat about it. He's going to send me a set. How cool is that?

Also, apparently the reason for the pin change in the Vert switch was because members of his team were having issues with the pin backing out a bit if not tightened down properly after disassembly for cleaning or adjustment. That was causing auto-firing in some cases. Not a good situation at all.

So, turns out they changed the design to prevent users who were potentially not as experienced as some from creating a dangerous situation by not checking the switch to make sure everything was properly tightened down. I'd hate to think that a design change to promote better safety would diminish the functionality of the device in the same step. Hopefully our fellow shiny's experience with the switch not firing is an isolated incident.
