Yeah its time to get over that 0.5 ohm thing. Hell it took me 2 years to get under the 1ohm.

    When I used 0.68 x 0.27mm, it was a 2.5mm id and 4 or 5 wraps - around 0.2 or 0.25ohm. Vaped at a very high 17 watts/350f ;)

If I can do that MTL, then you can do it DL

Came home to find a nice surprise in the mailbox, Voopoo sent me their newest in the Vinci lineup the Vinci [AIR] to review. It's much lighter and smaller than the Vinci X. It feels great in the hand also. Here are a few photos.

    I got vapemail:

My lil Hippovape kudos squonk mod turned up

So far, I'm impressed with it. Size wise it is only slightly wider than a Colossal, awesome hand feel, and it is comfy to fire and squonk. I love the brushed SS finish.

I filled the squonk bottle in situ using its slide down side port, with a 60ml chubby gorilla bottle no problem at all. Set it up in TCR mode, and it vaped just as well as my Squeeze 2 running arctic fox.

It's got my morning mix in it, so I'll see how it handles me in the morning - the ultimate test

View attachment 862499 Yep. Searching panels, black button already ordered, as well as black drip tip.

Mums has a BUNCH of panels that look very nice on the DotAIO.

And I can WHOLE HEARTEDLY recommend the Atmizoo DotShell atomizer for the DotAIO.

WAYYYYYYY better than the DotAIO RBA unit.

I’m primarily using my DotAIO as a pod-mod replacement, and the DotShell is capable of a TRUE MTL airflow experience.

That being said, the DotShell also works as a sub-ohm cloud chaser deck as well.

It’s basically the VapeShell (for the Billet Box).

Atmizoo really knocked it out of the park!

I've investigated it, I have 2 problems. 1 is I refuse to build any longer. Have a modest collection of RDAs just sitting because I'm too lazy to fuss with it.

    2. I am... Picky about dollars vs value. I bought the mod for $72. Won't spend on accessories that cost as much. I don't fault a soul who does, I just vowed to stop spending $100's on a mod that I'll move on from.

The AIO lured me in because dotmod made my favorite mod to date, slid me the new firing mechanism before it was released and gave me free stuff. Who doesn't like free stuff? So I gave away most of my pods and picked this up.

So far so good. Ina weird way it reminds me of the other dot.

Since I’m done stocking up I don’t have to be sensible any more, time to indulge in some extravagant impulse buying. Here are my new toys.

A Reo Woodvil and an Armor Prime. And a couple of Ammit RDAs.

Never had a squonker, never even thought about getting one. The Woodie makes me nervous. It’s very nice but I know I can’t get parts for it or get it repaired.

I got wood treatment oil to shine it up. And Deoxit for the contacts. It’s strange having a small tank on a big mod. Different proportions to what I’m used to.

The Armor Prime is a nice mod too. Really small and it has protection and a battery level indicator. Nice thing about the red is that the logos are engraved but are the same color as the rest of the mod.

    Picture time.

@englishmick I'm pretty sure all the internals, contacts and striker plate for the Woodie should be out there to buy if you look. I don't own a Woodie but I think I remember reading that some of the P67 parts are interchangeable with it. The best guy to ask would be @Spydro - he has over 30 REOs and would know. @Myrany has a Woodville too I think. Eric was the last owner who recently closed the business but he might still answer questions.

I have a Woodville. Honest I would ask Spydro. I know the woodville does not take the all the same parts as a standard REO so ahead of the 2016 deadline I picked up several repair kits for it. Now in 2020 I haven't used any of the spare parts yet. Other than one heat spring I collapsed on my first standard REO the only thing I have replace on any of my 5 REOs since 2013 has been bottles.

Sorry I can't be of more help with this one. I just haven't had reason to mess with the internals on it. REOs are remarkably dependable little devices.
