Well today I found the crown jewel of my collection. I bought the beautiful Vicious Ant Spade 21700 Mech today. I now will be having huge amounts of anxiety waiting for it to get here. I got a couple spare bottles to go with it. I have the perfect rda for it. A blue Reckoning.

@ShowMeTwice might remember... he’s ordered direct from them I believe
Well it's going to wait.

Little excitement as my Luc 6 just bit the dust with popping and cracking while charging a battery. No fire but, got out attention.

Off to buy a charger.

huh. i just realized vaping aesthetics are getting sophisticated. as in there's acquired tastes that are un-un-analyzeable by the untrained. i really don't know how you all are judging [no one dare use the word subjective now.. taste is an institution], i'm starting to see the apeal of the resin cases/panels, but all these types of mods and squonks still look like a patchwork of plastic and screw.

    interesting.

Mine crapped out this Fall. I replaced it with a miboxer (sic???) based on recs here. Glad you caught it before it went totally loco!

Got a new shiny ... laptop --- a wee bit of an upgrade, and nice to go from opening the box to being up and running with all my usual stuff nearly seamlessly sync'd up in just a few minutes (a couple things required intervention). Pixelbook Go (M3 model):

Although, since my last chromebook did not support the linux/crostini feature, that's what I'll be exploring this evening. And for the curious: the keyboard is very nice (but the one on my older cheap Acer was actually quite good too), 13.3" 1080 screen is a good step up in size and resolution from the older one, the speakers actually sound pretty good, and the performance is definitely better than the Celeron N2840 of the older one. Cheers all, have to cook dinner, do some more sanding on my stabwood door for my armageddon, and play around with the new computer.

Yeah I fell over when I saw shipping cost but what the hell, it's only money right? I wanted one forever and figured this is probably my last chance.
When I REALLY want something this is the attitude I take. I applaud the commitment to your desire.

So someone talk to me about these Miboxer chargers. Found them, looking at the C4, but I know nothing about their quality. Aside from the one that blew up, I've had decent experience with Efest & Nitecore.

    Considering Nitecore UMS2

One thing I don't take lightly is charging. I'll have to use the mod to charge for the next few days and I'm not thrilled.

Looked at the Miboxer and passed. I don't know the name and I'm paranoid as it is.

The talk about the Avocado 24 had me digging in my stash. Bought it way back in my MTL days. I remember the thought was if I build it single I might get a decent MTL from it...yeah I was a bit dumber then :D
Anyway I thought i'll go roudy and brave seeing that i'm going lower and lower nowadays. The 3.0mm dual SS framed staples came out at 0.11 ohms :w00t:
Went up as high as 100W and quickly burnt my lips (touching the body) and my throat trying to man up to that amount of heat...
Does taste mighty nice at 65W though, but boy you have to WAIT for it. By the time my finger turns white, the coils starts spattering.
Uh Uh i'll go back to my trusty flat wire. Been a good and new experience though :thumb:
Same when the Unicorn and Axial arrive...flat is where i'm at ;)

I had a Nitecore that I got in 2013 and it lasted until last year.
