it's a cold commute with storm somethingorother about to hit over the weekend with warnings out for high winds and heavy snow. great. infrastructure will grind to its usual halt.
the classifieds are still US only on here, right? not going down the fleabay route with the BB.
one of my FT refunds hit my account instantly while the other is being held hostage by paypal for 4 days for some reason.

I don’t recall anything said about location for using classics. Someone will correct me if I’m wrong. I’d be interested in the BB if I thought I’d have enough time to get all the accessories, but the deadline approaches.

Not sure if we’re getting more snow or not. The weather reports keep changing. Didn’t get much Wednesday night, so I didn’t bother to shovel.

Agree. But I am about sick of wearing my winter coat. It’s that time if year when my cabin fever is at fever pitch, and at the same time, I’m so dang tired of bundling up I make any excuse not to go out. If I didn’t have to occasionally get the mail, I’d hole up long enough the cops would come to do a well check.

Several roads flooded out my way. Bad winds with alot of damage and possible tornadoes. Some of the pics have been rough. We have been ok, so there is that.

Good morning HTR. Hope you and your family made it through the storm ok.

Shiny's! Horrendous storms here yesterday. The rain was literally going sideways. Lost power about 2pm. Made it through the night. Power didn't come back on till after 1am. Didn't have cell service for several hours either. Rain is done, but still getting wind gusts up to 50mph. Tens of thousands without power still, and all public schools closed today. My son is happy. Weird, weird winter is all I got to say. Hope ya'll are doing well today.

So evidently the flat wire needs dry burns more often than the tri cores. Might be easier to just wrap, trim, wick a bunch of coils and just change every few days.

Schools here are closing by the county due to flu and strep outbreaks. So far our schools here in town are still open.

I was just reading about a 4 year old who died from the flu in Colorado. Mom was on FB bragging that he hadn’t been vaccinated, she didn’t even bother to pick up his Tamiflu, and was asking for home remedies. Both her and the kid’s father ought to be charged with neglect, if not abuse.

I have zero sympathy for her. Not only killed her own kid, but how many other people’s lives did she put at risk?

While I agree with peoples right to choose, it wasn't the parents that died from the flu. Poor kid.
