Still seems to be problems with pic uploads. I keep getting an error message saying that the photo is too large to be processed by the server and it's under 4 mb..... bizarre

Yes palm trees everywhere on the cote d'Azur. It's one of the most beautiful places in the world. Mostly sunny in winter 17 degrees and yet you're only an hour and a half away from the nearest ski station. I've lived here for 11 years now and I don't intend to ever leave. Californian's that I've met say it is quite similar but probably a bit colder in the winter. My estate agency does quite a lot of business with Americans who want to retire here
Another plus is that you're right on the Italian border....only a 4 hour drive to Florence. It's one of the things I love about living here...you can jump in the car and access other countries without any restrictions....I love it here

If you are uploading from an Android phone, I use a free app called Lit Photo to reduce the file sizes. Not sure if that helps or not, I imagine there are other photo formatting apps for other devices like this.

It never used to be a problem in fact I think the max file size is 25 mb. There's a fault somewhere
