I love that too. All their colors are awesome IMO. But... blue gear always grabs my immediate attention. The folks at dotmod make cool stuff. Wish I would have bought more than the dotmod 75w when they had their BF 50% off sale. Been kickin' myself in the .... ever since!

When I look into my Shiny crystal ball I see a blue mech dotSquonk in my future.

Gees this is my 4th negative post in a row. I feel like a doomsday agent. I promise to work on that...
So @Pigs it seems my Hippovape has started its shenannegans. The screen just went black. It did go back to normal once (when I left it overnight), but soon after blacked again. It stays black now. It adjusts up and down, but i've got no idea where I am. vaping in the dark..

That is WINX, the best turf horse to ever to race!! I followed her entire racing career and shed a few tears when she had her last race, Winx will always hold a special place in my heart
She retired last year, now she's in her lovely paddock and going to have little babies soon

Have you tried dismantling it and having a look at the board and screen it may just be something simple like the screen has unplugged itself from the board.

You got it bud!!! Yes, so very talented. She has several full concerts on YT. For live looping she is a masterclass.

So fluid the way she built and switched the different loops on and off (with bare feet !) and improvised over the top. Not just that but sings like a bird and so natural

Exactly what happened to me.
Dismantling it is very tricky. The internals are so tightly packed that it's very hard to re-assemble.
The main design flaw is that there is no insulation between the steel 510 pin/squonk tube and the board. Literally mm between them. Screwing on an atty causes the whole squonk tube to move and the slightest bump can cause a short to the screen.
I spent hours over mine with bright lights and tools. It beat me in the end.

Mine took a long time too and that was within Europe. Our postal service seems to be really struggling. Mine got to the left Ukraine by plane stage and then I didn't hear anything else until they attempted to post them while I was out. I guess your postal service is no different in the current situation. Where were yours last scanned?

I read a post on FB in the 4dcb group where a Dr posted a big apology because he got him blocked on FB because of the same sort of issues. He definitely struggles with English and this is what is causing the problems with communication....at least partly. I don't understand why you are feeling like this...we don't get like this when a Chinese order takes 3-4 weeks.

They'll get there....my guess is it's the fault of your US post not Alex. Our postal service is really annoying me at the moment as I think that it should be one of the priorities to keep it going as an essential service whilst we're all locked down like this....then at least we can order some things that are still available to buy!!

Sorry for the rant but I can't stand negativity especially now when we all should be helping each other and showing each other understanding as much as is humanly possible.

I found out today that 90 percent of all freight in/out of Australia is in the holds of passenger aircraft. Our international post is screwed at the moment - no passenger aircraft.

that would explain a lot. DHL etc have their own planes but i seldom get anything delivered by them.
my bb panels are still in HK...have been for three weeks. next day delivery from ecigone (via amazon) is taking two days but i'm not at all grumbling about that (do want my dotaio se quickly however ).
work network is basically broken so there's little remote work to be done.

Same faults as mine Fred. You'll need a Torx T5, a T6 and a very small Phillips to open it up.
You'll undo the 510 first and pull it up with attached squonk tube. Take a good look at the way the power cables are soldered to the 510 (and cable orientation) as you pull it out because if you're not careful it'll be very hard to jam it back in. Then there are the Torx screws on the bottom of the mod and phillips in the battery sled. The ribbon cable and multipin connector to the screen is super fragile too and just overall difficult to tinker with. Good luck ! (apologies if this is grandma/ suck eggs stuff)

EDIT: also look out for juice behind the battery sled. Mine had some evry time I opened it up

Good morning shiners! Just a quick check in. So far things are stable. Hoping to see my daughter swing along the getting better side of this. It's scary to see just how ill and for how long it can take to resolve even in a mildish case in a young person.

So far no one where I live has gotten sick, which is sort of a miracle in this environment, but I do wish they'd stop ratcheting down the ceiling height. Pretty soon I won't be able to stand up without bumping my head on it.

I did start watching Tiger King. All I can say is W-----T-------F.
