Update: thank you to whoever suggested this weeks ago @NolaMel @Letitia ? Left the Thor mod in freezer 20 minutes. Battery didn’t come right out but some very gentle tapping on the counter w a washcloth got it out! Mucho gracias mi amours

Now the next problem is what batteries will fit it? The only other two I have are the discontinued Joy somethings. Ah 1st world problems. Can’t wait to use it!! Thanks
Must have been Mel. What battery brand was stuck? My Samsung 40t batteries are a touch slimmer than the molicels.

on the battery subject - every time I rewrap a battery, using heat to shrinkydink the wrap still feels wrong. Like I'm gonna blow up the battery or something

I have more chance of my old crappy hairdryer that I use blowing up - but try and tell that to my brain

Why don't you just buy 20700 batteries for that mod? It's what I do for the baby ness, 21700 were a tad tighter than I prefer.

Ordered one of these a couple years ago. Works great for battery wraps, much more directed airflow than a hair dryer. Hence faster. Works well on anything you need to heat quickly. I dont use it often but havent had issues. This one is fairly inexpensive, and im sure there are others....

Ha, I tasted (and named:D) my first hybrid NET juice this morning. Its only 1 week old and i'm highly exited already. This is going to be a winner in a months time.
The smokey tickle in the nose, combines well with the dessert at this early stage. Will maybe have to play around with the percentages later...actually that's what its all about :p
The tobacco I used is a very popular pipe from South Africa...Jock

I second that! I took your advice and got one. Easier than the hair dryer, which the princess was grateful for me to un-borrow.

Have to disagree about most fruits being snv or faders though FA Sicily is very bad about fading very fast. My other lemons pretty much last for months. Many of my oranges don't fade and are best after a few weeks steep. Same with most of my berries. Plums and pears do have more fade issues for me than most other fruits.
Clearly I need to get more brands....I have problems with most of my fruits and they either fade or change so much that they may as well not be in the mix in the first place.

It's why I like my creams more to be honest.

@virm Letitia is more experienced than I am so listen to her more than me :D

Mixing is very complex and the more experience with different flavours the better

    Happy mixing to all

It all depends on an individual’s palate. We all taste things differently, have vastly opposing likes/dislikes, catch different nuances at various points in a juices journey.
It made mixing very frustrating for me in the beginning because I wanted to know what the best “x” flavor was, or the best recipe for “y”... the answer to both is the one that appeals to me. For the most part, only my own trial and error leads to an answer. However, If I find a mixer who has several recipes I like, I follow them because our taste likes are similar and there’s a middling chance I’ll like their new recipe.

I’d like to report either a miracle, or a mistake... time will tell. At least, it’s a first in my world!
Placed an order with 3F at 7, got shipping notification at 11 o_O
And, then I just read in another thread, there’s nothing leaving China right now. <sigh>

    Love the name :D

I'm going to try the cream caramel nutty base if that's ok...sounds delicious.

    Hope all is well Fred?

Yes I agree absolutely. I should do more sft but I'm too lazy.

I do exactly the same as you with mixers that I like but as I often haven't got the exact flavours I end up changing the original recipe and this seems to work well more often than not.

It's definitely time for another big flavour order :D

Hope all is well with yourself and family

That may explain why my ft order has been sitting in Hong Kong since the 20th March. It's only wire and pre-mades but I would like it all the same.

This situation has really caused some changes around the world....but mostly for the better thank goodness :D

Same thing I do with film critics.
