But isn't it always the case that rayon has to be stuffed in hard..?

It's certainly the case that spitting occurs with a loosely stuffed wick...with cotton. I've got no experience with rayon.

Yeah you're right Charlie. Both has to be stuffed stiff to reduce spit back. Rayon especially as it seems to shrink after a while. I pack the rayon very stiff...screwing it in. In general I experience less spit back with rayon.
I've always been a cotton guy...I do feel like i'm becoming a convert to rayon lately though. I feel I get better flavor, less spit back and almost no break in time.

Man i'm soooo proud and humbled to be part of this ECF community. On a thread about NET liquid extractions I mentioned that I might loose my tobaccos i'm in the process of importing from the US. Its due to my own stupidity, but as I said there...its a grey area as its NOT for smoking. Its for the safer alternative.
Anyway a fantastic man ( not sure if I can name him now) contacted me, and is now sending me some of his ready made concentrates....from the US all the way to NZ. Don't want any money for it either...not even postage. Isn't that just fantastic !!!
Same as when SMT sent Ange and me the Armageddons out the blue...
Once again my faith in humanity is restored. Also cements the fact how tight knit this ECF community is.
Have I told you ALL that I love you...

ahh shucks I have had amazing things happen to me too. when I first was getting into DIY someone sent me a whole box of flavorings and some nicotine. When I first got my dog someone sent me a brand new leather leash. Kindness of strangers helping strangers is very cool.

It certainly is and we all need things like this as sometimes the imbalances created by watching/reading the news etc can leave us feeling like the world is full of bad people which I firmly believe it is not. There is good everywhere if only you look

It still has to go through the court of appeals, which hasn't been done yet so as it stands, deeming is still on until or unless the court grants the extension.

However, the Plaintiffs filed their written statement early and, today, the District Court issued an “Indicative Ruling” stating that if the case is remanded to the District Court from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals (where the case currently resides), the District Court would extend the May 12, 2020 PMTA deadline to September 9, 2020.

Deeming Regulations have been released!!!!
