and you ate my screen with what i presume is a beat poem__

Haha... not a poem, just me chitchating...

It's somewhere between proper midwestern English and Hillbilly... lol. I also space paragraphs very unlike real paragraphs when I use my phone because real paragraphs come out looking more like a wall of text.

Thank you! I hope by crazy, you mean busy working. What kind of regulated mods are you thinking about?
Not working, nobody in Nevada's working right now. Trying to figure out distance learning for my son. They called off school for the rest of the year. Moneys ok so I have been enjoying spending time with family. I was always working and missed a lot. We'll see how long this goes on for.
Regulated mods... single 21700 or dual 18650. Or a Squonk if small. Good quality device. Tough and long lasting with a good chip. Still liking the squid. Blue preferred...Or I forgot the name of that sexy dna squonker I posted a while back it was 18650 but real nice.

I know you like the top filling squonkers, but if you want a budget option - there's always a $19.40 Pico Squeeze 2:
Authentic Eleaf Pico Squeeze 2 100W Squonk Mod - Purple

I love mine and it has been flawless. It's a 21700, mess free filling and compatible with arctic fox for accurate TC mode

edited to add: and it's PURPLE!!!!

but they have rainbow too:
Authentic Eleaf Pico Squeeze 2 100W Squonk Mod - 7 Color

You know that is a good idea, everyone really loves those picos and they are less expensive...

Might have to try that squonker.. good idea.

well i wouldn't presume to put my suffering with you guys_ i'm still in my 30s, but yes i've have had back/neck pain for 7-8 years getting worse continuously. the right bedding setup would go a long way to help, but i just don't know how to find something that i won't want to throw out in about a month.

salamtak my friend. my situation is definietly mild compard to yours and it's still been a major obstacle to having a productive and social day, in that it at least delays my starting it till most people are starting their lunch break.. i can only imagine_ and dread, as i know, in your shoes i would be boiling all the time_

I was 30 when I became disabled for life so age has little to do with it. Just because your young doesn't mean you cant or won't have reasonably serious issues, regardless of whether the young think they are bulletproof and 10 feet tall.. lol

I second @Blitzdonlife's recommendations for the memory foam mattress, I have one and it's great. I think firm is best for anyone with back issues but talk to your doctors about what kind of mattress would be better for you.

Where do you live?

I was involved in a motorcycle accident at17, landed on my head in the road. Messed my neck up but medical tech being what it was back then, the damage was too minimal to see on X-RAY.

This got worse over the years. By 40 I was having a lot of pain, numbness, etc. I consulted a surgeon but opted against the horrible things he suggested, and went to a pain clinic instead

I had a few rounds of steroids over the course of the next couple years and they helped immensely.

I also had to learn what set it off, and act accordingly. Shopping in stores - high shelves, looking around - is the worst. Birding is hard on me too.

I tried every combination of pillows until I found what works.

And I only wear certain types of shoes, and a different pair every day. Not to say I have 365 pairs, lol, but I do rotate what I have. It’s amazing how much shoes can affect every area of the spine.

I also highly recommend a memory foam mattress, the thicker the better. They are firm enough to support you properly without causing pressure points.

I’m no doctor, but I have not needed any treatments in about 18 years now. I still have some nerve pain and stuff if I don’t behave, but I handle it with ice and heat, and over the counter stuff.

I was up at 04h00 after lying in bed trying to sleep since 03h00.

The pain is bad so I get up and take my morning meds. Last night I took an extra sleeping pill so it was probably that which caused it as I only took it at 03h00.

We both do a lot of massage which does help but to be honest the pain is just too severe for it to have much effect.

I didn't know that you were suffering pain...or have I misunderstood??
Makes me very sad to think of wonderful you in this kind of pain Charlie. wishing for comfort for you~

I have a friend with pretty bad back problems.
He sleeps at nite now by using cbd, he swears by it.
Have you tried some to help you relax?
It supposedly doesnt interfere with medications etc....

Just a thought.....

My heart aches for you, having had a front row seat to cancer pain. I had to hang a notebook on the wall like a patient chart to keep all my husband’s meds straight. I will say, his doctors never hesitated to up his doses or add new meds as needed. I like to think we did the best we could to keep him comfortable.

And he never complained. Tough as nails. I used to joke if he cut himself in half, he’d holler for me to bring him duct tape because he had to go to work!

I’m going to keep thinking positive thoughts for you. The survivors I know mostly say that, although it takes a lot longer than they thought, the pain does ease up quite a bit, sometimes fully.

Evening all.
Got a shipped notice from FT today for my new Xeta. Expect it by Xmas. Still got an FT and a 3f parcel in transit since early feb. No expectations.

Went rock fishing with my son this morning- 4:30am start. Only one small pike for our troubles but a great adventure nonetheless.

I LOVE CBD and just finished making some with the guidance of a wonderful shiny follower. I will not name names and let them do that if they wish too. It was a great project, like all small chemistry type things and I ended up with a glorious product

The Squeeze 2 is a great regulated squonk. Really one of the better designs out there. Once you learn how to turn off the flashing disco lights. After that, you're good to go.

I ordered the Smok Fetch with RBA head, been itching to get one, but been holding off, that 30% off from a US seller pushed me to buy.

I have been waiting to get one of these Smok Fetch Pro 80 too for the same reason as you I held off- but this 8Vape 30% off sale pushed me into buying it!
I was hoping for a blue one, but they only had black left which is fine.
I ordered the RBA head and a couple packs of the 0.6 mesh coils too.

I have back pain, look into a memory foam mattress if you haven't yet. It makes a big difference for me. I got to the point I preferred sleeping on the floor to a spring mattress, got a serta memory foam mattress, and after I got used to it after a week, I wouldn't use anything else again if I have a choice.

Sorry to hear about your neck and back problems. Has it been diagnosed....that is is there a cause?

My wife has neck problems so I know how debilitating it can be...well any kind of pain can be. And it's so subjective. The medical profession understands very little about it too which obviously doesn't help.

Regarding a bed...I would try and discuss it with an Orthapedie professional and then you'll have less chance of an error. Unfortunately the more you spend though the more likely you'll make the right choice but you need a starting point like soft or hard, memory foam or not etc. And tailored to your specific condition.

Good luck Virm....I'm sure you can improve your situation :)

Amen! I second buying a memory foam mattress. Although, here I am up in the middle of the night with back spasms. @virm , physical therapy can help some. I’ve been lazy about doing my stretches which is probably why I’m awake right now.

thanks for the thoughts and input. yes i remember the memory foam thing from when i first asked. i did get something... err foamy, but then the bed didn't feel right, the whatchamacallit springboard thing or the frame itself a problem, idk. been on the floor since. then the matress lost its power, acouple months after.

donno what doc's youre talking abt_ barely recall ever feeling i got the right advice or treatment... the orthoped i went to ignored the bed thing, prescribed me insoles for the flatties (part of the problem) gave me a prescription for the limit of phystherap and a paper pics of exercises which i do.. there's another complication from the clenching per diff docs.. he was like ah i see you can ben down no problems good you're fine__ now i can't bend without grunting like a father-type with no brats to abuse..

i'll explore the memory foam situation here (germany)

what were the brands recommended again? serta? that's alright on the floor not losing it's form?

    thanks all
