thar she goes! hellohello

i hate those. and their Q-whatever mesh ones.. kept asking the same, my guess was they just don't break in easily. but primepuff as i might i still kept getting the same thing. i would also note that, if your using them on a gen (and i presume a swag ii if it does have the same chip), it reads the resistance a bit higher and sensitive stocks always burn or nearburn with me on it esp. the new stuff (so with zlide too)
So good to see you Virm. The thread is just not the same without you :wub:

I am using on an Asmodus and in reading up some folks are poking into the cotton a couple times in each slit. There was another coil that was like this but the name escapes me. Just too dense. (the coil, not me) (although probably me too lol)

My three dogs, German shepherds, had stomach issues bad at times. Boiled chicken resolved most in about two weeks. Tried adding rice and it was funny to see them eat around the rice. Back to their normal (expensive dog food / wet & dry) and the problems would come back. Ended up making my own dog food and they loved it. Helps that it was what I called people food, but it kept the stomach issues away for a good many years.

Ingredients:

Oatmeal = 8 cups
Rice = 3 cups
Vegetables = 6 cans (caned Veg more vitamins)
Meat = 5 pounds (Grounded Beef or Turkey)
Garlic = To Taste (Optional)

===================
Steps:

Boil 12 cups water
Turn off flame
Add 8 cups Oatmeal

Boil 5 cups water
Add 3 cups Rice
Let Simmer 20 minutes

Fry 2-3 minutes until all pink is gone
5 pounds Meat
Garlic to taste

Mix
Oatmeal and Vegetables first
Add meat
======================

Place in quart freezer zip lock bags and freeze.
Each bag is for two helpings/meals

======================

1/2 = quantity required

4 cups Oatmeal
1 1/2 cups Rice
3 cans vegetables
2 1/2 pounds ground meat

6 cups water for oatmeal
2 1/2 cups water for rice
.................

1/3 = quantity required

2 1/2 cups Oatmeal
1 cup Rice
2 cans vegetables
1 1/2 pounds ground meat

4 cups water for oatmeal
1 1/2 cups water for rice
.................
How many bags did the first recipe make?

It's been a few years, they have all been gone now for about 3 years now I'm thinking. I think with the last one, Ivory a white German Shepherd Husky mix with blue eyes, I was down to making 1/2 and I'm thinking it was about 4 quart bags filed to the top. Maybe a little more. I just took it out of the freezer and boiled the bag to heat it up and served. Basically one quart bag per day. Ivory was always in the kitchen to help with the cooking. She didn't like the garlic that much but a lot of dogs do.

We have a 10 yr. old Mini Aussie. Actually 2, but the older one kept getting hot spots that were almost impossible to get rid of, even with the cone of shame. Occasional digestive issues, and allergies (skin breakouts, sometimes really nasty and angry looking). We'd tried a number of high dollar foods before, but vet recommended this stuff to my wife, which I'd never heard of, and she's been clear for months. Not only that, she's feeling incredible. Bounces around, acts like a puppy when I'm out in the yard, always ready to play. She hasn't felt this good in years. I don't know how, but this is the best food we've ever given her. HIGHLY recommended. Yes, it has tocopherol, but she doesn't vape it, she eats it!

    i'm vaping all three now_ somehow making misappreciate them all then like'em again, it's a rollercoaster

    @AngeNZ for some reason my go to tighter driptip (elevate's) isn't fairing that well on axial_ fine on reload and better on blank though. i do love the one that came with blank and the two wide ones with axial (strange, wouldn't have thought i'd like the bigger ones_ i wonder if i'm just enjoying the flavour from the softspitties rather than the vapour:confused:)

    I'm glad you have all 3 now working for you :wub: I use Vapeciga for my drip tips, see if they have anything that you'd like:
    https://www.vapeciga.com/collections/drip-tips

    I had a look at the wire at Zivipf. I can't see much difference between the sexcore and quadcore, apart from more surface area and a flatter wire in the sexcore. So I'd try it to see if you like it. Also grab some flat wire while you are there:
    NiChrome Flat Wire 1.0x0.2mm / .04*.008" - AWG 24
    and just see if you get faster ramp up at lower watts with it.

    Here's what the 3 different coils look like in my vape tool pro app.
    I used 3mm id, 6 wraps, 7mm legs for all 3

    Quadcore
    Quadcore 6 wraps 3mm.jpeg

    Sexcore
    Sexcore 6 wraps 3mm.jpeg

    Ni80 1.0mm x 0.2mm flat wire
    Ni80 1.0mm-0.2mm.jpeg

    and again, ignore the resistance - your regulated mod will ignore it too (unless it's below 0.08) and just put out whatever wattage you tell it to ;)

    Georgia was on Hills when I got her, so I kept getting it. Funny thing with my dogs, since I had to feed her with a special plate - got some reason she would only eat off HER plastic princess plate - Rudy just would not touch it.

    The vet advised me to take her off the Hills when her gas was so bad even she couldn’t stand it.

    So we tried a bunch of things and ended up with Ian’s canned and dry and some Nutrish dry, and once a month they get Cesar’s.

    Problem out here is availability. Rudy has to stay used to several foods because one is always out of stock. Georgia is s tank and she could eat anything, so she gets whatever Rudy can keep down.

    He does a lot better than he had been, he was so sick after my husband died I was sure I was going to lose him. Hardly a day went by that he didn’t vomit or get the runs. He lost most of his hair, and 1/4 of his weight.

    He’s been so much better since Georgia has been here. It’s almost a miracle really.
    Who wouldn't be better with Georgia around?

    When you say "leakcontrol" if you mean is it easy to over squonk on - no it's fine. If you mean leaking - I've never had an rda that leaked.

    no not leaking per se (though i'm thinking maybe the reload need a change of orings).. just when theres unwicked liquid might go out thru AF if i move or puffout before inhale..

    So good to see you Virm. The thread is just not the same without you :wub:

    but apparently "careful not to hit the coil proper"... me i gave up on the whole thing, every new step i take i can't see the point of the previous... with a combination as dependable as blank+topside, i haven't even looked at my rta's.. not even to go out.

    I have never heard of canned vegetables being more nutritious than frozen. More convenient, certainly, since you'd need to cook the frozen vegetables before using them in this recipe.

    thank you rockstar.
    ok
    so far i'll be order those and the .3 SS aliens from zivipfers.

    just need to decide if and on a framedstaple vs a 'multistrands' from FT. not sure which one it was that vaped that way that time or was it just a staple? hmm..

    i'm starting to notice none of the china stuff has +38awg ... starting to get the point behind the fancier stuff now_ and realized zivipf is actually cheap. pity they don't carry these types, though some similiar stuff are among their oddly named phantoms or whatever, but the resistance is quite low, they seem pretty mechy..

    if anyone has a line on nonechina or betterer china stuff that framed staples or even framed staple aliens or a sale let us know_ all i can find is the 7euro+/single-coil stuff.

    tonight's star is definitely the axial btw.

    exactly Virm. I just am not into building lately and like the ease of a drop in coil.

    Yes, basically because canned Vegs are not fully cooked from my understanding. They maintain more of the nutrition/vitamins because they haven't been cooked off.

    Edit: I was backwards, sorry. Frozen are blanched and the Vegs keep more vitamins. Canned Vegs have most of their vitamins within the juice. Thanks for making me look.

    i did have a suspicion the sexcores are more for mechers.. one of the reasons for my hesitation.

    the thing is that the sexcore by zivipf have higher resistance (which for me means less power required, i understand)

    the quad is 0.22 Ohm Sweep Coils

    sex 0.24 Ohm Sweep Coils

    same thing with the spools

    quad 3.6 Ohm / Meter Fused Clapton Wire

    vs sex 4.1 Ohm / Meter Fused Clapton Wire

    it's the 30/sex vs the 28/quad cores making the difference. but given these options would be getting the higher resistance (less need for power) with the flatter surface. whcih sounds like a win win unless the size diff would force me into fewer wraps (again my gear is axial, blank and relaod s by sxk) or there's something else i;m not getting?
    The quad core would be more versatile.
