Actually, they were not selling illegal stuff, the original article was taken down without a retraction and they rewrote history saying "oops". Most of the shops were more of the head shop variety though. They were illegally selling the other stuff - so not really vape related.
didn't realize they were still around.IssuesThat was awesome back when Mad Magazine was funny.
Thank God I don't need an engineering degree to vape. How bout NO. Looks more like the my car's transmission when it's torn down. Remind me not to get a Kayfun.

You have way more patience than me.Lol.. most Kayfuns aren't that involved, that one is the most intricate - to say the least.
It was my favorite tank for the longest time, probably still is in many ways. I own four of them. It's got excellent features, you can shut the juice flow off and remove the deck and rewick with juice in the tank without issue, but it is daunting when you first take it apart to clean it for the first time.
I took it apart the first time thinking I could handle remembering how to get it back together... WRONG! I needed a video to get it back together correctly. . Hahaha
You have way more patience than me.
That looks like it would be reeeally frustrating for someone who is trying to quit smoking.Just for fun.. have you ever seen a breakdown of the Kayfun 4?

I'd need a smoke to have enough patience to even start rebuilding that thing. That looks like it would be reeeally frustrating for someone who is trying to quit smoking.
Specifically, they were selling one legal item that has questionable marketing practices; the police believed this legal item had illegal components to it. They shut down the shops, sent SWAT in, detained the employees, held press conferences in front of the stores condemning all vape shops, arrested them then unarrested after the lap results came back that there was no illegal substance in the product. Then the news web sites deleted the original story and passed off blame to faulty sources. We have some here selling head shop items, kratom, herbs... makes the valid vape shops look bad
While not ideal in small towns the headgear is what helps keep the shop open, especially if they don't have a house juice. In one of our towns if the head shop hadn't put in a vape cabinet and a few juice shelves the vapers in the town would have to leave town for vape supplies. Many down here live paycheck to paycheck and don't have accounts to use for online orders. None of our shops make house juice anymore, huge loss for the low income vapers. Half the money they save from smoking goes for gas to buy budget juice three towns over. There a couple I order bulk juice for thru my account 2-3 times a year.We have some here selling head shop items, kratom, herbs... makes the valid vape shops look bad
