My Dvarw v3 has the oval holes. Looks like I use more wick than the Exocet style in @ShowMeTwice's photo.

I cut mine a bit past the deck edges, juice it up then lift up both tails before I put the chimney on.

Then a gentle tamping down of the wicks when it's reassembled to make sure the wicking holes are covered. I also make sure the coil is clear for air. I don't have any wick poking out the holes when it's finished.

Exactly the way I wicked my beloved stm rbas. I think I miss how much I loved the tank rather than missing the actual tank. The early days of the vape journey may have been frustrating but sure was fun.

My main order shipped today. Since I put that order in I just did 1 or 2 item orders that were in stock. Big order holds up the works, so it seems. What's your take on wrangler & ry4life ejuice?

I don't vape tobacco anymore. RY4 always tasted to me like sweet mud. Or feet.

Actually, the classic RY4 is a mix of Tobacco absolute, vanilla and caramel.

Never tried Wrangler.

Yuk sweet mud & dirty socks ?? Vanilla & Carmel are too sweet in most things I have vaped till now. Which honestly is not much. I have a soft spot for hints of Pina Colada
Time to learn DIY - tobacco absolute, Seedman Commercial, vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel flavorings and you'll be able to mix multiple tobaccos.

(Personally I prefer hazelnut to caramel for tobacco blends, used gently.)

Gotta dig out my old recipes, from 2010/2011 [emoji3] Vananaberry is good if you want a really sweet, smoothie-type vape.

You might want something like what just shipped to me:
    2. 9728438 Dvarw MTL FL Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer
    3. 9728889 Replacement Stainless Steel Top Fill Cap + PC Tank for Dvarw MTL FL 22mm RTA

That gets you the latest generation, though unfortunately the top fill is a 5ml set.

I was wondering how that MTL FL Top-fill section worked when compared to the original DL top-fill kit :
    9688165-4.jpg

as it has no bell chamber like that one does.

However, thanks to DJVillan's review, he explains how it works here:

I've been calling it the traditional method, but that is how I do my internal dvarw wicks. I cut first, then juice the crap out of it. Before I stick the chamber on, I slightly bend the wicks into where their chambered position is. And like you I make sure the airflow holes will be clear. I slap on the chamber, squish the wicks against the holes, slap on the FFS top cap - and Bob's your uncle :D

Edited to add: This is now officially The Bludger Wick

I'm out for the night.... getting ready to go to the hospital sleep lab, for my "in-lab" sleep study...

My home study showed my oxygen levels dropping to 72 at night, so in lab it is! Lol...

But, on the bright-side I am 1-1/2 weeks away from surgery with all my surgical approvals in, and only 2 more doctors appointments left to go prior!

My God this level of doctors appointments has been making my head spin... lol.. so glad to be nearly through this part...
Good luck with both the sleep lab and your surgery

With the breathing my nurse always says to me if you feel ok and you're not breathless then you are ok. The oxymetres are subjective tests and can easily give false readings if your circulation is bad in your fingers. Some of the readings I've had he said if you were truly that low you'd be blue :D
You need less oxygen at night too I think. I've had my oxygen off for nearly three weeks now and I've felt fine.....it's such a pleasure not to have the damn tubes up my nose :)

Take it step by step

I'm just waiting for a dl fl top fill to pop up (I do want to go for a dl fl, but don't want to deal with it as a bottom fill on the Mixx - I'm thinking the mtl fl + mtl fl top fill set will tide me over [emoji3])

Kudos to sourcemore on quickly flipping my Mixx from tuxedo to quicksilver, as they were also shipping it that day [emoji106]
KHW mods do the top fill kit. Bit pricey though. Personally I like the bottom fill type. It no hassle really.

By the way the DL FL's are back in stock at KHW.

Hi Katya. Hope your feeling on top of things and in the best of spirits

Hello, Charlie! Actually, I'm feeling rather cheery tonight. No good reason. Just--"on top of things and in the best of spirits."

    How are you doing, Charlie?
