The stress of your upcoming surgery is hard enough. Do what you have to do to get yourself through to your surgery day - and go zero nic after surgery. But when you are recovering - if you want to vape your head off: do it!

Yep!

Nice to hear from you! I hope they get it all straightened out with your dad. And you with your legal stuff. Love the photo btw.

Did you buy any Dvarw's yet? Most everyone here has been amassing their own army of them because His Majesty in OZ has been threatening world domination with his beastly Brunhilde's. I'm well guarded in the NorthLands but @Daniel Forsyth has been eyeing an invasion over an Asmodus Ohmsmium that is under the protection of my Elite Dvarw Guard.

Take care Cloud!!!

Thanks buddy.
Yeah no Dvarw's for me yet,all the driving my pops to the hospital is making the car do some weird noises.
Few bucks i got saved up are there in case the car breaks down.
Ambulance could drive my pops to dialysis and radiotherapy but the wait times are insane, wait for an hour or two for them to pick you up then they gotta drop a lot of people along the way.

So a trip that takes me 40 minutes to the hospital and another 40 minutes back would take him about 5 hours...yeah i can't put him thru that.

So for now no Dvarw's,it's cool thou,my Hellvape Destiny is performing admirably and i'm enjoying Daniel's Brunhilde MTL.

Hi back atcha, Cloud! :)

Hiya Katya :)

G'day Brunhilde Buddy, it's Great to hear from you:wub:
I really hope your Pops health starts to improve very soon:)
Take Care Cloud:thumb:

Thanks for the kind words bud.
Yeah i'm hoping for that too, kills me to see my pops go thru all this, even harder because i went thru the same thing with my mom.
4 years and change fighting with colon cancer until the fight ended up in defeat.

I will try to check in with you folks tomorrow.

Most of us here have been in your big shoes and understand. I went through it with my Dad recently. Anytime you need to vent or just need a laugh, you know where to find us all

ive been “purging” my home/garage for the past year. I do it every 3-4 months where I go through different rooms and bag up stuff for goodwill or that just needs tossing. Also a area of To Sell items but I never seem to actually place an ad lol!

I love having less “stuff” and I still have lots more to go. I try to think like -if I was moving to a smaller house/condo- what would I want/ need to bring. There’s A LOT in the not needed or wanted list.

If course none of this includes my large vape equipment although as I mentioned previously I have quite a few mods/tanks etc that I’ve either never used or don’t fit my vaping style. I’ll end up pif’ing a lot and hopefully selling some as well. But it’s hard to sell stuff now with so many people out of work and everything is so uncertain.

I am discovering the joy of curb dumping - anything too big to put in the goodwill box, I set by the street with a FREE sign. No matter what it is, it’s gone as soon as I turn my back.

So far this year, I got rid of a push mower, a weed trimmer, a scanner, and two boxes of yarn. I found a pair of boots and a baby walker to put out next.

They have a lot of very cool "stuff" there. Had to leave, quick! My wallet was screaming "leave now". But not before I bought their tungsten carbide scissors. I was chatting with an employee there and she laughed when I asked if their blades were "SHARP" sharp. She said they will take them back if I don't like them. Didn't need another pair of scissors but I am a freak for the ultra sharp ones. :D

ETA: She suggested the razor or tungsten carbide scissors for cotton and rayon.
Saw a pair or two there I'm considering myself. Bad Mel and Ange for getting us started on scissor shiny!

I saw a lot more "stuff" there that I'd like. But small sharp scissors, can't pass on those. I would use my wife's grooming scissors if they were small enough for wicks. And talk about SHARP sharp. Those are downright dangerous. I have about 15-20 of them along with all her other grooming tools, tables and dryers.

At least you get to join in with bragging rights when you cut off a finger
    Well... hang on a second...

I'll likely be the first to have bragging rights.
While I haven't cut off a finger I did accidentally slice into two fingers on my left hand some years ago with a pair of her grooming scissors. Couldn't get them to stop bleeding. Needed stitches, they were deep cuts. I haven't picked up a pair of her scissors since.

I just like flirting with danger with the smaller ones. No cuts, yet. A couple accidental jabs and pokes, yes. But I've learned to scissors with both hands, so that's a plus. :D

Dvarw mtl fl came in today, leaked like a sieve on two attempts at wicking [emoji3]

Tomorrow I'll go back to the bottom fill setup, just in case there's s anything wonky with the top fill add-on. Gotta take another look at the wicking methods, try a different one.

(I'm rusty on tank wicking, since lately I've been doing trivial squonk RDTAs with rayon.)

I had born again shinyitis today. I got my chrome Tarot Baby wet two months ago and after a week of drying it would work until the screen went to sleep, then die, resetting to the defaults when powered back up. A mod that only works a few minutes then needs to be powered on and set up was not viable. After another week, same thing, so I sadly set it aside with the old batteries to recycle.

Going to hook up my green replacement for a charge, I thought I'd turn my chrome favorite on one more time. It's been performing flawlessly all day!

Built in battery and all, my very favorite mod to carry. Our relationship will only last for a few years but these joyful vapes are precious. It will never get near a hot tub again.
It feels like I just won a contest!:banana::banana:
