Quick pop in to say hi.
Pops was feeling better the other day so i took him to the local plaza where they have a terrace and let him have some tapas that he likes so he could get some fresh air and get his head clear.
Anyway on our way back and going up the wheelchair ramp in our apartment building (he walks but the ramp is easier for him than the stairs) he slipped and was about to fall down.
I grabbed him but he is a well you know big guy like me,that and my back problems we went down...hard.
Tried to take the fall with me underneath so he wouldn't get hurt and yeah it did work but now i have a sprained shoulder,doc said it was moderate but that is atleast 4 to 6 weeks of limited mobility.
Apart from that the radio is going well,not as tired and only mild side effects for now.
Doc was a bit surprised of my blood results,he thought my numbers would be all over the place but i do take care of myself even thou i carry some extra weight.
No smoking or drinking,i use my wok a lot to cook so no fried or processed foods so my blood tests were impeccable.
Typed all this with one hand and it's taken me like 30 minutes but you guys are worth it.
Good news on the ''nurse'' front but the meds kicking in and i need to lay down a bit.
I will try to post later or tomorrow.

Oof, sorry about your fall. You really didn’t need that right now. Your healthy diet is going to be a major plus for you though.
Enjoying the Dvarw DL FL on my Cthulhu Hastur 88.
A 24mm atty fits perfectly.
Always mess up pronouncing Cthulhu so I call it the Sulu 88. In hand it's a very solid mod and comes in at 264.88 grams with a battery. Would have been nice if it took a 21700 but oh well. I think the Cthulhu folks did a great job with it.

I agreed with you. Though it did take me several shaky moments to get there once I saw Brunhilde mentioned.Took much $$$ for me, but a Brunhildewouldwood almost look pretty on one though

Those of you with taste buds of a 10yo like me - I'm loving this mix:
This mix was very much a happy accident. Ran out of FA Caramel, so I threw in FW White Chocolate and PUR Creamy Caramel. Thought it would be an overflavoured mess, so I left it to sulk/steep. Got round to trying it in a Dvarw RTA and immediately made another 60ml as I liked it way too much.
I've also made it with 2% FA Caramel, but that version does need a good 1-2week steep:

Thanks. Watched and Cthulhu is actually Klingon.
Captain Khlûl'-hloo lock and load phasers.
Gargling as instructed in the video helped. Got messy with Listerine though.
Knowing it's Klingon helped more.Ask me in a couple hours and I'll be back to Sulu 88. But at least I'm keeping it in the Star Trek family.
