I also was in your country about 2 months ago. Small business trip, but also pleasure. I was in Nice, which was really nice (yeah, I went there, I'm sorry). France is so beautiful. Nice is a beautiful old town with such gorgeous architecture.

Yes, Le Petit Vapoteur is an excellent store with lots of good stuff but I've never tried Evaps. Is that French too? By the way what is Pluid? Never heard of it.
Yes Nice has some nice parts. The old town for example but they've done a pretty good job of ruining it over the years with unsympathetic development. It has its moments though.
I live around 45 minutes west of Nice near St Tropez, Fréjus, Les Issambres etc. We love it here and will never leave unless we have to. It's such a nice climate here. Our area has over 300 days of sunshine per year and it's a lovely place to live....even more beautiful over here.
I was very lucky to be here with my cancer as the treatment is some of the best in the world. Sod the cost..... they've been brilliant and I wouldn't have got anything near the same in the UK.
Anyway, let me know when you're next coming and we could meet up for a coffee.... Covid permitting
