It's a lot easier to install as it's not as springy as a Joey (young kangaroo). It needs about 5 more watts for the same vape. It's of course a slightly warmer vape, but I'm using it on a Colossal in TCR mode.

I was Soo crazy with the cotton also and I was always looking inside from the driptip to see how the cotton and coil looks....
I sit one day and talk to myself and told me I can't continue like this....I will stop checking it...
I once let my wick for like one week until it was Gunky...
Then I slowly start to fall back to old times and now I rewick faster again...
Last days I rewick every day and sometimes twice a day...but I will stop that...I mean if there is not problem with the wick why change it sooooo fast...
Ugh....and I will never look at it again from the driptip with a flashlight from phone...

There is also little things like when u pull the cotton through the coil and it gets compressed on one side but the other side of the tail if fluffier than the other soooo u pull it all the way and then pull it back again Soo both sides are compressed even if it doesn't make sense cause anyway u gonna fluff both ends and anyways many things like that pfffff
Change your cotton every hour, if it makes you happy. Hell, come over and change my cotton too while you’re at it. I’ll make you some juice! Because I’m OCD about that. I needed to make some for my SIL and ended up making about a liter, lol. I have, at last count, 38 30 mls in the cubby for myself. So I don’t know why I needed more.

A couple years ago I was over at a friends house helping he and his Mrs paint some rooms. I went to throw some stuff into their garbage and saw an Evic VTC Mini (single 18650) sitting on top of some garbage.One person's trash is another one's treasurer.
I picked that sucker up and asked about it. He didn't like how it did TC compared to his DNA mods. He said keep the VTC mini it's junk. I took it home and installed Arctic Fox on it.
Next time I went to his house I had him try it. He couldn't tell the difference between it and his fancy DNA mods.
I am a professional garbage picker! There are treasures to be found everywhere.
