I was 20 in '85 and loving it. The music was great but I reckon a lot the clothes were a mixed bag. Big shoulder pads and ridiculous perms for women and even Robert Plant didn't look cool anymore

Loved the music, hated the clothes (and a lot of other stuff it ain't kosher to mention here).

I did the toys for tots ride today. Good turnout despite covid.
Estimated 500+ bikes, which considering most of us brought multiple toys is a good start. Nice to see some generosity in these times. Heres to a few more kids getting presents:toast:

I was 21 in 1980 and the music was great, thinking back on OG Def Leppard and lots of Rush. The beginning of New Wave. Since this was a time of me being seriously awash in chemicals I do not remember much about clothes. (If there were any)

I turned 20 in 1983, and I loved the 80s, especially the music. I didn't get to go to a lot of concerts where I lived, but I did manage to see Def Leppard. I had a pair of red high top Reeboks that were to die for. I had the big permed hair, or as big as my wimpy hair would get.

Not long ago, my daughter and I were watching "Back to the Future", and I remarked to her about how great the 80s were.

I turned 20 in Feb 1980 and yes, the all music was really great. We saw Def Leppard in June of '80. On July 3, 1980 I married the woman of my dreams. That night we partied and, yeah that too (lol), like rock stars. Haha. On the 6th we saw the Doobie Brothers and the Dixie Dregs at Alpine Valley. We went to concerts all the time. Saw Rush together many times too.

    Big hair!!! You rock.

My wife had some of the biggest 80's permed hair ever. Too funny. We had great fun during the 80's. So many concerts and the parties we had with all our friends. It was a blast. Sounds like you had a blast too.

19 in 1980 :) I saw Rush in Toronto 3 or 4 New Years Eve in a row at the old Maple Leaf Gardens. Can't remember the years :D as well as a few other times, the last being their Roll the Bones tour. Saw the who twice on their final tour. They doubled back after a few months. Me and two girls in my Datsun 240Z, one laying in the back, twice

@Fredman1 is the expert on these. He nearly talked me into one a while back.

I'm still on the fence about the Wismec Surface.

And yep @Fredman1 's ravings about it put it on my list too. Plus I have plenty of compatible bottles :sneaky:

@ShowMeTwice might have been boring quick for you but did you see the double pointing from the center ( speed bag)when pulled off sides?

I mainly was watching for miss assignment.just in case I get to talk to Nick.:)
I totally missed that. It was fun watching LSU get their butts whooped though. Nick needs you on his staff. He's intense, needs high nic vape.
The Wind = C. Tide vape Coach :D
Pay = 1/2 of Nick's. Bonus includes all you can eat Wickles and Conecuh sausage, pimiento cheese and potato salad for life. Plus overs.

Hey buddy sorry to bother you.

Out of curiosity, what type of coil you using on the OFRF Gear RTA.
Actually got 2 rainbow ones, one of them is still unopened, mix up with the company i bought it from and i got to keep the second one (not by force, they just told me not to worry and to keep it since the delivery took a long time)

I tried with a 3mm coil and still not getting the results i was hoping for.
Seen some videos and had no leaking so i'm pretty sure the wicking isn't the problem, just the coil.
Don't like high wattage or to warm of a vape, normally between 30w and 35w.

    cheers

I'm quoting you in here, as there's other Gear RTA users who can help.

For me, it's as small a coil as possible for a cool vape. I use 3mm id ka1 0.5x0.2mm flat wire (which is only in NZ )

I tried 3mm id Geekvape ni80 3*30/38 5 or 6 wraps, which was good at 30 watts, but did get a bit warm for me. For someone else, it would possibly be perfect.

Another option is a 3mm MTL fused clapton @ 25-30 watts. Vandy vape and Coilology both do ni80 2*30/40 (coilology) and 2*30/38 (VV)

Also have a look at Flat wire. For its mass, it has a lot of a surface area. So you get the best of both worlds - low heat capacity with more surface area.

This has the ramp up of 26g round wire, with the surface area of 24g.
These guys also sell Fused Clapton wire:
