Congress Will Ban Vape Mail & Force Online Sellers into the PACT Act - Vaping360

The PACT Act provisions of the new law will take effect 90 days after the bill is passed.

The law does in fact require the U.S. Postal Service to create its own regulations within 120 days banning U.S. Mail delivery of vaping products—whether they contain nicotine or not. (You can read the exact wording of the bill here on page 5136.)

With the USPS off limits for online sellers, private delivery services will immediately be pressured by anti-tobacco (and -vaping) groups to prohibit shipping of vaping products. One service—Fedex—has already announced that it will end all shipping of vaping products early next year.

“As of March 1, 2021, FedEx will begin prohibiting electronic cigarettes, vaping liquids, and other vaping products in the FedEx global network,” a spokesperson for the company told Vaping360 last Friday.

Doomsday is not far off. ~90 days.

There's a few boxes that I've never ticked.

I don't have anything with a potentiometer. I don't have any dual battery unregulated mods. And I don't have anything that can run series and parallel. There's one thing I know of that ticks all of those boxes

I've been wanting it for a while but because it doesn't take 21700 batteries I never really decided to get it and because I don't really understand the series vs parallel thing so obviously I couldn't take full advantage of it until I really figured out that especially since it also has a unregulated series option that involves turning it off and doing other things that you can't just accidentally do.

and the Dovpo M VV 2 II is an option for a dual battery potentiometer mod. It's showing up around the place pretty cheap

So I put another Artemis rdta gunmetal and a foxy one gunmetal/brown leather in my ft cart along with some spare parts for the rdta. Now to remember to order them when the code kicks in. Thinking after this round I'm pretty much set for the long haul gear wise. Not much being released that appeals to me these days. Need to sell off what I won't use.

So now might be a good time to share. My pesky lung cancer is back. I had a slice of my lung removed in February of this year. The slice took out the cancer. Then it was wait, get scans every few months and see if it returned. At the six month scan, something was there. Very small, two of them. Too small to be biopsied, wait another 3 months and get scanned again.
That scan was Dec 3 and the spots have grown. A lot. Now lots of tests, lung function and PET scans were ordered. Final result is more surgery, Jan 5th. More lung taken out. This time on the other side.
Until the surgery is performed and the stuff removed sent off to pathology we will not know.
Is this a small bit that was already there last time and not seen. This would make me still in stage 1.
OR
Is this a spread (metastisized) from before and if so I am then stage 4. If this is the case Chemo will follow
I am sure I will be fine. I am strong and still walking my dog daily. DR says I will possibly be on oxygen when released from the hospital for awhile

I’m so sorry to hear this. I hope they can get a rush on the tests, especially the PET, that’ll tell you what you need to know. What a horrible time to have to go through such a horrible thing.
