Yes I do.....that's quite a good idea. It definitely is a job for a good dousing but not too much.
At the moment it's still drying out although that may take some time.....I'll keep everyone updated :)
The best electronics cleaner I used to get was called freon tf, great stuff but I don't think you can get it anymore. One place I worked we got freon 12 in a drum, it cleaned the circuit boards of flux and oil from the wave solder machine. 1,1,1, trichloroetane I think. Cleans the heck out of stuff.

It’s still snowing, supposed to continue till noon or 2. Still dark, hard to say how deep it is. Glad to be tucked in with nowhere to go.

VA is packing my Spade for shipping and sent this picture. I can’t wait to get it.

It is gorgeous  Is that no. 184? Not that I've been looking at their site or anything. Nor have I picked out mine:

@Letitia I've been looking for ss flat 810 to 510 adapters. I tried a fat 510 drip tip on an Axial, and it looked funny with my usual tapered/layered adapter.

These ones look perfect, have you tried them?

Have quite a few and they work well. Be aware some dt will overhang the adapter. They fit tight ; I've gotten into the habit of removing the top oring on both adapter and dt for a flush fit. I'll try to find the black ones I ordered that are a bit wider.

Ah, same deck which I'm fine with. Really wish they would added an invisible 510 adapter. Do like the new top fill, nothing to lock up.

Yeah I'm also glad to see the deck hasn't changed. More capacity is a bonus too

Here's the black ones; pom,bit wider, easier to uninstall. You can also get them in ss. I also have some ss that are a touch wider without the step-up. I like those better. I'll find that link.

It was the best! A spray of Freon beat iso any day. Think it might have been greenhouse gases that took it off the market.

@AngeNZ here's a visual of the difference between the 3. The blue dt has the adapter you linked.

I love stone drip tips! I actually prefer stone. I gave all of my drip tips away last year that were not stone. I think I have 4 that are not stone. I only have those because I got tanks with the drip tips on them after giving the others away.
