I discovered in the early mornings hours that FT (along with drip tips) sell mod box holders. I know Snow White was looking for one

This is the same length as mine

I noticed the flavor falling off on my wick yesterday after 1 month and 2 weeks. It was in a Hussar RDA II and on a DNA squonker using TC.

Mavaton's cotton by CottonMan. It lasts and lasts. :)
That's impressive. Which Mavaton blend is that? I know they have a few varieties.

The fire button is in a good place. It looks to be a tad higher than the Aspire Mixx (also in a good place, for me). The Evolv DNA 60 chip does have boost mode. I use boost mode on my other DNA 60's. It works very nicely.

Thanks much for all the info! I ordered one in gunmetal.

I wish they'd make some tanks in gunmetal though I do like mixing metallic finishes and grains. Did so professionally on audio equipment face plate designs.

    Good afternoon shiny ones

Good afternoon to you too!!! It's nearly my bedtime, maybe. :D

If @Katya would have used unsafe superglue she may have grown an extra wing or two. ;)

Where have you been and what have you been up to? I hope you and yours are doing well. And that your new job is going good.

Awww I have missed you all too. The new job at a vape store  is going well but it keep me way to busy . No time to browse here as I used to plus by the time I get home I am exhausted lol go figure :w00t: but I do enjoy helping people with the right advice and it is a great feeling when they say they have quit or that my advise is working for them

Oh and belated happy birthday my friend, hope you had an awesome day ;)

That one is Mavaton's Select. It's the original Mavaton's. I've been using his cottons for many years.

This one: Mavaton's Select | The Cotton Man

Also use his Mavaton's X, Mavaton's Reserve and Carolina Blend. They're all good and last far longer than any of the other cottons I've tried. There are a few folks here who use his cottons. Katya comes to mind. Also the Dvarw King, Rob Fisher. IIRC Zazie has some too.

CottonMan, Butch, is a cotton farmer in beautiful South Carolina. He's a really good guy and an absolute riot to talk to on the phone. I learned a ton about cotton from him. Cotton History | The Cotton Man

You sent me some awhile back and I liked it. I remember it being kind of stretchy and dense compared to some other cottons. Which I guess might be why it lasts longer.

Thanks Ali!!! :) It sounds like your new job at the vape store is a lot of fun. I'm sure they appreciate having you with your knowledge and experience.

You take care and stay safe!

I'm a little confused. You're talking about your Dicodes SBS, not your Dovpo, Right? If so, may I ask who you bought it from?

At least as much as the price I'm put off by the difficulty in where to buy it.

The legitimate Dicodes source in the US has very bad press here and on the Better Business bureau site. I know I can buy it from dealers in England or Germany but I shouldn't have to go through the hassle of doing my own importation while paying full price. I even wrote an article for a perfectionist magazine many years ago about how we should all buy our expensive toys from near home in order to have adequate service. This is truly part of my belief system.

Sorry for the rant! Anyway, I'm hoping you'll tell me that you bought yours from an enthusiastic, knowledgeable vape dealer near your home who would be happy to ship one to me.
Not near me, but delightful to deal with. I’ve bought several Dicodes from them. The exchange rate is in our favor compared to other places. Shipping (3 day) was $10 I believe. I think the closest legit place geographically to buy one is Canada. Shipping though is a bundle, and exchange rate isn’t as nice.

I don’t have a College, but I do have a Paramour and Mixx if you want a size comparison pic. Or, if you’re familiar with the Dani mini, I can manage that.

Glad you like your new job. Now that you work at a vape store, you can mail a bunch of "metal tubes" and "parts" to your US friends on ECF!

Here's another, meet the Aspire Mixx
    View attachment 932223

Side by sides have been around for years. However they were specialty items, put out by modders and rather expensive. The past few months have seen a few of the Chinese brand names in collaboration with smaller modders, finally bring them to the masses - at decent prices.

The advantages are a low profile setup, even with a tall tank. The disadvantages are limited tanks will fit (25mm and below), airflow holes can get blocked by fingers/cages etc and not everyone finds them easy to fire.

For me personally, holding a Mixx, and middle finger firing feels completely natural.

I just noticed NZ map in the background

o_O I did? Hmmm, I'll take your word for it. :D

Yes, thicker fibers. For me splitting the cord in 1/2 leaves two pieces that are very nearly perfect for a couple 2.5mm ID coils.

Yep, when you sent me the Coppervape Dvarw back in the summer.

I'm at the opposite end of the wicking scale, so I'm giggling my head off. I was proud that I lasted a whole week before rewicking my Axials today

As you know, I like sweet juices and I'm also slightly ocd and happen to be a compulsive rewicker. My only saving grace, is I'm not a compulsive recoiler - that would drive me even more nuts :w00t:

That’s me, too. It’s even worse with RDAs, I’m lucky I can get three days out a wick

You're welcome. I hope you like it. Let us know what you think when you get it. What you did on the audio gear face plate designs sounds pretty cool.
