It was extremely loose for several days, so I wiggled the hell out of it and a few minutes ago, pulled it out, post and all.
Now to stop the bleeding.

I feel for you! Had two teeth pulled out a few days ago. Just keep an eye on it....you don't want an infection in there. After 24 hrs (let the blood clot really settle) start to gently gargle with salty water 3 to 4 times a day and especially after eating. This will help the healing. Look after yourself please!
