It actually does,if a pro like you can still mess up once in a while it gives us vaping newbies a glimmer of hope.
In my case it's not the actual reeling in of the cotton or the trimming,it's more of the end result.
Never satisfied with how it looks so i end up with another little cut here, another tuck there and it's just me and 20 minutes of treating the deck of the Juggy MR like a Bonsai :lol:

Yeh for now i am using 3mm coils, will give the 2.5's a try for next time, got the feeling that with a smaller coil i might find it easier with the cotton.

No way i am quitting thou,i LOVE :wub: the Juggy RTA,didn't think i would love how it's more restrictive than my Destiny RTA but wow yeah the flavor is outstanding,Juggy brings out flavor profiles i can't get with my Destiny.

Thanks for the advice, will give it another go later today, same as you i rewick every day (more or less).

I use to critique how my wicking looked in the beginning as well especially after seeing others post their setups. like you- I snip here & a snip there trying to get it “perfect”.

I finally realized I’m not in a coil wicking competition and to just get it close to looking like the build video or photo. The more I fussed the worse the results.

Bottom Line for me and for many years now came in handy-

    Keep It Simple Stupid

I RARELY have a wicking issue in any of the RBAs regardless of build deck. Not tooting my own horn but honestly keeping it simple works!!!

just 1 suggestion. Not sure if you already do this but find a YT reviewer that vapes like you do then watch 2 or so of them building that particular RBA. You’ll be golden!!

    Morning shinies ;)

Found the perfect photo spot in a ditch this morning. Vaped my head off waiting for the light to pink. Experienced an absolute stunner of a sunrise, and I was in the perfect spot ditch for it. Took tons of pics, climbed out and there was a huge rainbow over the kale paddock. I took a ton more pics - stunning start to the day

After work, I'll type up the embarrassing story

It still amazes me how different attys - RTAs and RDAs, can bring out such different flavours from the same juice

I still get amazed too at the different flavor nuances that each atty has to it!

Curious about the battery choice decision. Single 21700 would be better and really not THAAT much bigger. But that’s just my opinion and preference.

    Hi all!
My Internet was down all day yesterday from about noon on, so I got a lot done lol.

Tomorrow I go for my second Moderna so I cleaned and shopped and now I’m making chicken noodle soup- it’ll be a nice easy meal whether do have side effects or not. So yummy though and I’m in the mood for it.

Not shiny but I decided to splurge and update my front porch. I sit out there a hundred times a day while Georgia goes potty, and I’m tired of my tatty furniture.

Ugh no WiFi? I’d be desolate lol!

Glad your going to get your 2nd shot and that you’re prepared for any side effects. I’m getting my 1st on Thursday. It’s the Pfizer vaccine. My sister sent me a small list of things to get in case I do get any side effects.

I’m very excited about it but a wee bit nervous as well lol!!

Would love to see pics of your porch. Especially before and after ones. I love home remodeling shows!!

I ALWAYS wanted a front porch so I could sit and have tea with a book while spying on the neighbors  ! But it wasn’t meant to be so I sit on the deck or patio in the backyard instead!!

    It sounds so relaxing!!

Well it’s never a good move for me to be in bed after midnight with my iPhone and a credit card handy! Most of you’ve have seen my late night weak minded vape ordering. Usually a stabwood that costs waaaaay more money than I have lol! :w00t:

anywho I was scrolling thru different sites but nothing has caught my eye lately until.... I saw the brushed stainless steel Innokin something or other. Oh Kroma. It says it right there in BIG stenciling lol !! o_O

So I ordered it. It’s coming from Indiana US of A but it let me choose shipping to Massachusetts so I guess I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

And it wasn’t very expensive only $38 so if it gets returned or whatever it’s not a mod that I’ve coveted for awhile.

I know absolutely nothing about it. Didn’t even read a review and didn’t want anymore single 18650 battery mods. I mean jeez at least have the capability of using a 21700 in 2021.

I just liked the way the brushed stainless steel looked :hubba: :hubba:!!

I got my first Pfizer shot on the 5'th, Monday last week. I'll compare it to the regular flu shots I've been getting the last few years. I'm 64 this year, if that makes any difference

I had mild injection site discomfort for about 3 days, a little more than for the flu shots. The day after the jab I had a little nausea and I felt mild flu-like symptoms, which doesn't happen to me with flu shots. I was able to go to work the day after, just took it a bit easy running around Home Depot that day :) . The next day I was back to normal. My wife got it on the 7'th and her experience with side effects was a little better than mine.

From what I've read about the Pfizer shot our experience was pretty par for the course. So IMO don't worry about it too much and just focus on knowing you will have significant protection from Covid after you get it :thumb:

I was unpacking my car after a holiday, and dying for a smoke so I was hurrying. While carrying the last storage basket up the stairs to the deck - I tripped, spun around and fell backwards off the 1ft high deck. Due to back pain issues, I didn't want to land on my back so I stuck a foot out and all my weight (65kg) landed on that.

Since it was such a short distance, I initially wasn't worried. But then the pain hit, and I looked at my wonky shaped foot. I tried moving it, and got pretty damn close to fainting

I got back on the deck, and inside using an old pilates .... walk technique. I then did what any self-suffient 40+yo does when they need help - I rang my Mum. Her reaction summed it up nicely, "Oh f**k Ange". First time I've ever heard that word from her on the phone

Long story short, my parents turned up, along with my paramedic BIL. He took one look and rang for an ambulance. The ambulance turned up, and eventually rang for a rescue helicopter

In the ER, I had an xray and all I could hear was 'oh wow', 'holy moly!'. Turned out that was an orthopedic surgeon reading my xrays

My fall from a 1ft height resulted in 2 broken ankle bones, and a third resembling cornflakes (Drs words). I got told I had to have major repair surgery, and either quit smoking or face an extra month in a cast, along with some severe complications. I planned to stop for a month or so, then back to normal.

I was in hospital for 2 weeks. My parents brought me in an innokin t18 kit and juice. Along with the prescribed patches, chewing gum 24/7 and spending lots of time in the bathroom vaping - I got through those first 2 weeks smoke-free.

I spent 3 weeks at my parents (vaping my head off) until the pain had settled down, and I was able to be more self-suffient.

Back at home, I still vaped. And by then, I was loving having so much extra money each week. Smoking had cost me $80nz or $50usd a week.

After a few more weeks, I realised I preferred vaping over smoking. I loved that I could vape inside, my clothes smelt nice, I had extra money and I was giving my ankle the best chance of healing.

At one of my followup visits to my orthopedic surgeon, he was absolutely blown away with how it had all healed, even the cornflakes ;)

3 years and 2 months later, I have a completely normal ankle. The only side-effect is a bit of arthritis, which is nothing

Dang! I almost fainted just reading that :(

Talk about a silver lining though! :)

This house has 2 porches and a patio! That’s a big reason why I wanted it. It used to be pretty quiet but we have a lot of traffic now, so not as peaceful. But it’s a great place to chat outdoors now that it’s nice out.

My first Pfizer/BioNTech shot was last Thursday at the hospital I go to. I had some very mild arm soreness for less than a day. For me it was no different than getting the annual flu shot. My regular nurse called and scheduled me for it. Also gave me the shot as she was one of several administering shots that day. My 2nd shot is on the 29th. I had no side effects.

When you get your shots move your arm around, a lot. That will help to reduce any possible soreness. I learned that when we got a whole bunch of shots in basic training when I was in the Navy. They told us to move our arms or we would be really sore. They were right. I've been doing that with all shots ever since.

    Good luck!
