    Somewhere between here and there
Oof. That Z tank is probably tied as my favorite sub-ohm atm. The Freemax Fireluke 3 (Maxus) being the other.

the regular Z tank or the Z Max? The flavor from the Z Max was so intense that I had to run one coil way below the rated wattage.

The Z Max I guess? Lol. Although I can't even tell them apart anymore - the Z and Z Max. And yeah, the new one is seriously intense, but I really like that. Feels more adjustable rather than thinking "welp, this is all she's got." I'm also a lower wattage kinda person. Been running that one on 45-50W and it's such a smooth, cool draw.

Great stuff. I'm gonna try a bigger coil (like yours) today. I suspect it'll be better. I've been running mine none stop since I got it and even with smaller (2x28/36) fused claptons it's got excellent flavour.

I think I have 2.5 id of yaddayadda in the gold one and 3mm id of yaddayadda in the black one. So... the GT4 is inching up to the DVARWs right??? Go ahead, you can admit it. No one's gonna hunt you down and flatten your tires. At least I'm being optimistic that no one in this bunch will.:lol::headbang:

So... the GT4 is inching up to the DVARWs right???

Ok here's what I think so far of GT4 v Dvarw DL. Remembering I've only had the GT4 for days and been vaping Dvarw DLs daily for over a year.

One of the things I love about the Dvarw is how bullet proof and simple it is. No moving parts - no juice flow controls, AFC rings etc. It's just a dead simple atty with great flavour and smooth air. Once you know how to build it to suit your vape you get it right every time. Never leaks, floods, dry hits.

The GT4 is a completely different story. It's complicated in a way and has two completely different AF channels hitting the coil. You can choose one, the other or a combination. It also has juice flow which works really well but is an added complication with more moving parts /O rings etc to fail.

The flavour is great on both but it takes dedication and a bit of persistence to get it right on the GT4. I'm not there yet but getting close.

If I had to choose one I'd go the Dvarw but the GT4 is a classic and also a great single coil RTA.

I love mine. It's an ugly sucker but in SBS config is rock solid. Low centre of gravity and chunky base makes it impossible to knock over - built like a brick outhouse.
It has a 40mm drop (the Mixx is 28mm aprox) so takes tall attys well and takes up to 26mm diameter attys without overhang. I use it for big tanks like the Kayfun 5 squared SE and the GT4

I've got 3 different mods with the Sevo 70 board and never had a problem (don't use TC)
