This is what the insulators look like on the Dvarw MTL FL.Well damn it. I hope it isn't the insulators then. Because I can't see where they sells extras on FT for the FL
It's probably six months old or so. I have several other Dvarws, including probably 7 or 8 of the FLs. But this one is probably my favorite. It's the YFTK clone. I guess I might be able to take the insulators from one of the no-name FL clones and put them on the YFTK. I would think they would be the same. How old is it? If there something wrong drop them a message and ask for a replacement.....or buy another![]()
That's really nice....I'm going to get one!!
I am seeing this with a lovely Dvarw riding proudly upon this pretty Brunhilde.

Hope the cool helmet comes in the box.![]()
I like it.![]()

Do you mean the pin that connects with the mod? If so, then yes it has a little screw thingy that fits an Allen Key.
Yup I'm not interested in the tank![]()
I say we all pitch in and get @Daniel Forsyth a jacket to match the couple dozen of Vapefly Brunhilde SBS mods he is going to get, something like this:

If the no-name ones are 1:1 then those will work fine on the YFTK. I doubt they would be different. It's probably six months old or so. Are you sure about that? I just checked the KHW Mods website, makers of the lovely little Dvarw's, and they have already released a fix for this funky anti Dvarw feature you speak of.Sorry, it comes with an automatic silly little dwarf release feature. She'll spit that thing right off her![]()

Good, I was hoping that was the case. I will look like a Trojan warrior then.It does come with a helmet and you have to wear it when you use Brunhilde![]()

The 2 on the left are the ones you will be looking at. The one on the right is the positive post insulator (where one of your coil legs goes).
And this is what they look like on the Dvarw MTL OG and CV Dvarw MTL.

KHW redesigned the insulators for the MTL and DL FL's. The redesign makes the RTA safer versus the OG's.

ETA: Also, originally I thought you were referring to one of your CV Dvarw MTL's. It never even dawned on me that you were referring to the MTL FL. Taking the FL apart should be mostly the same. I'm vaping mine now or I would take it apart and note any differences for you. I'm sorry about that Red.

It’s a shame my embroidery machine is a tad too small to do that.
That's good. I really don't want to have to buy the insultators from KHW. It would be over 25 bucks after shipping. If the no-name ones are 1:1 then those will work fine on the YFTK. I doubt they would be different.
How is talk like that being positive... like yours truly was earlier... oh yeah, and yesterday? You folks better wish my package gets lost because otherwise i see a lot of pestering in your near future.
@Javichu, all kidding aside, you will be up and running with your awesome new Dvarw in no time at all. The stuff I posted earlier was just piddily troubleshooting stuff. You shouldn't have to do any of that with a new one.
Ange created an entry in her Blog for wicking a Dvarw. Absolutely, check it out. You will find it to be very helpful. Dvarw RTA Wicking Techniques | E-Cigarette Forum
I would not suggest starting with the Exocet method. Start with the more traditional bunny ear method. It is what nearly all folks new to a Dvarw find the easiest. That one will get you up and running quickly.
Pigs Bludger method is right in there with the bunny ear method. The Vapdivrr method is more for once you are comfy with those. The Exocet method I would only recommend to folks who are willing to put some time in to wicking a Dvarw. There is some fiddling to get that one down properly. Once you are familiar with the Dvarw wicking then try your hand with Exocet.
I switch off between the Vapdivrr and Exocet methods. When I first got a Dvarw I did the bunny ear method.
All of the wicking methods will yield the same great flavor Dvarw's are known for. If you are happy with the bunny ear method then there is no reason to try any of the others.
If you run into any issues you will have plenty of folks here to help you.
